i rang up garcia brothers heating & air conditioning because i noticed some water marks on my ceiling right beneath my attic furnace. todd showed up in no time after my call and immediately addressed the problem. he quickly figured out what was wrong, fixed the furnace, and said he'd follow up to ensure everything was working properly. he was very professional and clearly knew his stuff. i'll definitely stick with them for any future furnace repair needs and would highly recommend their services! much appreciated!

about an hour after i called, levi arrived to check out my hvac system. he was very friendly, explained things clearly, and was upfront about everything. after running some diagnostic tests, he gave me a couple of options for fixing the issue and a few choices for replacing the whole system. since our unit was pretty old, we decided to go with a full replacement using a 3 ton amana gold package. installation is scheduled soon because of my limited schedule. we’re excited to have a new, reliable hvac system working for us. levi did a great job as a service technician.

when my old furnace stopped working, i called garcia brothers heating & air conditioning. because the unit was pretty old, i decided to have a new furnace installed. the new system is a lot more efficient and much quieter than the previous one. it heats and cools my home much faster now. eduardo and levi also helped move some ductwork and vents for me, which made a big difference. everyone i spoke with, from scott the installer to the friendly person on the phone, was helpful and professional. i’m very happy with my new hvac system and the whole experience. i would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.
