I recently had Carlos V come out to service and clean my furnace and he did an incredible job! He was very kind, professional, thorough and made sure to explain everything to me fully along the way. He even found a couple of issues that previous technicians had missed that he was able to promptly get resolved for me!
I also really appreciated the way he was careful in my home and insisted on wearing shoe covers to protect my floors. Very thoughtful.
I won’t be using anyone else to maintain my HVAC system from now on!

When I contacted them again just days later for a separate issue, they prioritized my request and made time to respond promptly once more. This level of reliability and service is exactly what you want in a provider. Joshua and Anthony installed a new furnace in our home and they were excellent to work with! Friendly, thorough and professional!

About 40 days after it started I got a notification from the city that we had an ongoing leak. I tracked it down to our primary bathroom's toilet. The flapper was completely disintegrated. I bought a new one and changed it. Leak slowed but didn't stop. I called a few plumbers in our area with good reviews and every number connected me to one of those operator systems that then connects you to a different company. Super frustrating. Local Plumbing was the only one that actually connected me to the company I had dialed and didn't put me through a robot and operator system. I dialed, the phone rang, and a human picked up who said I reached "Local Plumbing". Amazing! Thomas was able to come out quickly and after describing the problem to him he even guessed the brand of toilet we had before seeing it based on the issue we were having! He gave us some options we could even try ourselves to save some money. Sadly, they didn't work and he had to come back and replace the toilet. But we appreciated the honesty. He returned quickly and our leak has FINALLY stopped. I'm not too familiar with pricing for the services he gave us, so I can't say how they compare to others. But they seemed to be reasonable. If we have another issue we will definitely be calling Local! But, fingers crossed that won't be for a long time!

I had what I thought were major plumbing issues. This company brought in Techs (Christopher, Carter, and Thomas) who immediately demonstrated expertise, formulary repairs, and professional work ethics throughout the process. My questions and concerns were answered at length, full explanations and photos were provided to me. This is the business to contact for complex plumbing issues, bar none. The end product will last for many, many years!

My technician was knowledgable, friendly, and responsive. I also very much appreciated his strong people skills.

Dylan was very professional, knowledgeable, and fast! Got our heat working again after days of being in the apartment without it. He made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving, even on Halloween!!

Called this company out to have a leaked looked. They were able to get it the leaked diagnosed same day and Christopher was able to come out the next day with the necessary parts to fix the leak quick. Great service

Josh, Thomas and Carlos did a phenomenal job of replacing my water heater. They explained everything, gave me estimates and then completed the work in great time. I highly recommend them to do any HVAC or plumbing repair that you might encounter.

Dylan was great to work with and got our thermostat working with the shared boiler quickly. Friendly while explaining what happened and how he tested the system to make sure everything would work us. Great tech.

Josh G came to my unit to help fix a massive leak, not only did he keep me informed on what was happening and what was needed for the fix, he stayed hours to make sure the job was done right. Bonus points he cleaned the kitchen up and really scrubbed at the scuff marks and made sure he left it cleaner than he found it. 10/10 would want there services for any future needs!

Josh was very helpful. He had to come back for two separate appointments to help us out with a problem in both bathrooms. He was helpful and answered all our questions.

Carter and Dillion were courteous, professional and thorough with their work. They worked on my HVAC system that was worked on earlier this year with a different company. They made sure that the job was done right and did not take any short cuts. I would say that you need to list HVAC under your drop down of work completed as your company covers more than just plumbing. Thank you for a job well done.
