When my water heater leaked all over the floor (which is just stressful & inconvenient in general), I was able to call, schedule the install, and replace in under 48 hours. Both Thomas and Carlos were very knowledgeable & personable! They came and picked up the new water heater from Home Depot, explained everything that needed to be done to replace the water heater, educated on how to do preventative maintenance for keeping it running well, and discussed options for future HVAC maintenance. Went above and beyond to fix all of the previous install issues with the venting, piping, expansion tank, and dedicated valve for the water heater at a very reasonable price. Fantastic job!!

Outstanding. Dylan, Carter, Thomas and Carlos were amazing. Our water heater went out and they were here same day, new one installed same day and they were friendly, transparent, hardworking, helpful, great communication and professional all the way. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Will use them again for sure!

Thomas(the owner) was already on site at the condo association and the community manager suggested that he take a look at my problem.
For some background, I had a leak in a very old brass P trap that corroded through. I attempted to replace it myself but the brass pipe was stuck inside the galvanized nipple which you can see in the photo. It's the part that is mangled inside the large pipe.
A plumber that came by the day before was not able to come up with a solution and neither were the more experienced plumbers that they called from the company. They were going to swing by the next day and charge me $700-$1000 to replace the cast iron T which would have required coordinating with the upstairs neighbors and asking them to not use their water.
Thomas immediately was able to troubleshoot and assess that he could chisel out the brass pipe which he was able to do in ~15 minutes. He only charged me his service call fee which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars.
I don't think it's fair to compare Thomas who is a master plumber with 15 years of experience to the same day tech that came by yesterday but based on my conversation with him, he said he would have provided better guidance to technician that came out which would have saved me time and money.
I highly recommend Thomas and his company and will be reaching out to them in the future! -
Dylan & Carlos responded quickly to the service request, they demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Both technicians were knowledgeable & courteous😉
My heat is working and I can now enjoy the first snow this winter❄️
It must be a requirement for employment with this company to be brilliant & attractive. Just saying
Top talent ~ Carter & Joshua installed a new hot water heater & made sure I have full functionality before exiting. I was educated & given the opportunity to ask any questions. The teamwork shows a commitment for results. I am extremely grateful 😊 -
Awesome, professional and knew exactly what to do to solve my problem. Christopher was very polite and knowledgeable in his work. I had a leak pop-up inside of a wall. He knew exactly where to cut the drywall and make the proper repair. Very cool to see his craft at work. Great job Chris and all at LOCAL PLUMBING. 100% recommend. Thanks guys!! 🤘🏻

Christopher R. and Anthony G. came out today and did a fantastic job fixing the water leak going into our water heater. They were punctual, friendly, had a reasonable rate, and didn't try to upcharge us on anything. I will be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Recommended!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I initially spoke with Carlos about replacing my furnace, and Thomas came out to inspect my home and provide the quote. Thomas and Carlos were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated the straightforward and honest approach.
On installation day, Dylan and Anthony handled the furnace replacement, and they did an amazing job. They worked a long day, were extremely respectful of my home, kept everything clean, and made sure the system was installed properly and running perfectly before leaving.
What really stood out to me was that they went above and beyond. They addressed additional items to help bring my home up to inspection standards — work that wasn’t originally part of their scope — simply because they cared about doing the job the right way. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare.
Overall, the entire team made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work. -
This plumbing company was hired by my HOA to perform work in my unit, and the experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Their crew cut into my subfloor in multiple areas, removed my sink and toilet, and poured new concrete patches throughout my bathroom and bedroom. In the process, they damaged my drywall, leaving a large hole behind the sink and additional damage in the toilet area. They also damaged my tile flooring and carpet, leaving visible cracks, rough edges, and debris behind.
After their work, a new water leak developed almost immediately in the same area. Before their work, there was absolutely no water damage, staining, or mold, all of which I had documented with time-stamped photos taken that same day. The company themselves did not document any mold, rot, mildew, or staining at the time they did their work — which clearly proves this was not a preexisting issue.
It ultimately took the company ruining two subfloors before they even located and cut into the correct sewer line. During this time, they left my renter with a toilet sitting in the bathtub and a sink in the living room — completely unacceptable living conditions. Despite all of this, they refused to take responsibility for the damage and disruption their work caused. Instead, they claimed the leak was “preexisting” and blamed “out-of-code” plumbing, even though the plumbing had functioned perfectly since I purchased the property in approximately 2008.
I purchased the home as a three-bedroom, two-bath property, and all fixtures and plumbing were included in the original MLS listing. Clearly, proper permits were pulled at the time of construction, as the home was fully inspected and sold as a finished, permitted residence. The plumbing was compliant and operational for over 14 years without a single issue until this company performed their work.
Because this work was arranged through the HOA, I expected professionalism and accountability. Instead, I experienced carelessness, property damage, and complete disregard for the homeowner and tenant. My photos clearly show that the walls, flooring, and framing were dry and intact before their work, and began leaking only afterward.
If your HOA or property manager is considering using this company, I strongly recommend requesting before-and-after documentation and written guarantees. Based on my experience, they do not stand behind their work, do not take responsibility for the damage they cause, and left my unit in significantly worse condition than when they arrived.
Update:
The company responded claiming the drywall and subfloor removal were “planned” and that a leak was preexisting. This is not accurate. I was present the day of their work—no one mentioned corrosion, staining, or prior damage, and none was documented by their crew.
My timestamped photos show completely dry drywall, studs, and flooring before their work. The leak began after they cut into the wall. If this had been an old issue, there would have been visible mold, mildew, or staining, none of which existed.
The company has since changed its explanation multiple times—from “out-of-code plumbing” to “corrosion.” They also offered to repair the damage “at a discounted rate,” which contradicts their claim that they weren’t responsible.
I stand by my original review. The facts, photos, and timeline speak for themselves.
