There was a small issue with communication about the exact placement of the furnaces, and sometimes there could have been more technicians on site. A final walkthrough at the end would have helped too. Blake was my main installer, and he worked extremely hard, even skipping lunch to make sure everything was finished quickly. I even assisted for a short time, but ideally, larger furnace jobs should have more than one person to keep things safe and efficient. Other than that, everyone was polite, hardworking, and the pricing was fair. After the installation, the team quickly came back to make a small adjustment without any hassle. This is a knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable group, and I would definitely recommend them for furnace repairs or installs. If I could, I’d give 4.5 stars.

jerome and his installation team, frank and santiago, did an excellent job putting in a brand new heat pump system at my home in aurora. they really knew their hvac work and were quick and efficient when removing the old equipment from my older house, which is not easy. the team made sure to explain each step of the process and answered all my questions about the new heating and cooling system. they took their time to make sure everything was set up perfectly and worked smoothly. even though it was a warm day, they stayed friendly and professional the entire time while working hard to finish the project. i’m very happy with the service i received from this crew!
