Yuri did a great job with my tankless water heater repair and AC maintenance. He came out the same day, was prompt and thorough, with very reasonable pricing. When the water heater broke again a few days later (through no fault of his), he came out again same day and helped fix something that hadn't been installed correctly by the original owner. Both appliances are now running better than ever. Yuri really went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone!

I first used this service in 2019 and had a five-star experience. I am coming back today in 2023 to submit another five-star experience.

I called Yuri at 11:00 am on a Sunday, our furnace had quit during the night and our house was getting noticeably cooler each hour (it was -5F outside).

Yuri asked a few questions, then told me he could be at my house in about 90 minutes. (Yes, he was able to provide same-day service on a Sunday!)

I was cold anyway and didn't have anything better to do, so I watched while he opened up the unit to figure out what was going on. There were obvious problems with a large capacitor (leaking), but he thought he could help. He checked his truck and had the right parts (avoided a trip to the warehouse), and he gave me an estimate for the total repair cost (not cheap, but fair, especially for same-day service on a Sunday). - - I told him to go ahead.

He replaced the blower and capacitor and everything worked great. Within two hours the house temperature was back to normal again.

Yuri is a good technician, always willing to go the extra mile to make his customers happy. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fair, honest and hard-working HVAC repair person.

We had an older AC unit with a failed compressor but didn’t want to replace the entire system. Yuri recommended a cost effective solution and successfully commissioned the unit within the agreed upon budget. I saved thousands $$$$ by following his recommendations. Great job!!

Yuriy was very quick to reply and came out to address my problem same-day on a very hot day. Luckily it was a quick fix which took maybe 15 minutes. Just so you know what to expect, the capacitor costs $125 through this company and the labor was $200. The itemized invoice was only provided after repeated requests. He did leave the hose unraveled and broke the hose box by sitting on it, but was otherwise professional and friendly. Payment is done through Venmo or Zelle.

Yuri did a great job for us. He saved us a bunch of money by finding a quick and economical solution to our A/C issue. It is not often service providers go out of their way to save the consumer money. We would definitely recommend Yuri

Called and could not understand the guy after he answers with a "hello". No idea who I am talking to... Sounded so stoned you could not understand what he said. then he hung up on me when I kept having to ask him to repeat himself. Company may be good but the guy answering the phone needs help....

I scheduled a service call with this company and informed the guy I spoke to how important it was to be completed. He told me he would be on-site at a certain time and never showed up. I reached out to him again he said he had emergency calls he needed to complete but he said someone will be on-site with in the hour. Still no show and then when I confront him about it he claims someone was there but nobody was at the store and that he called me and I didn’t answer! I never once received a call from him and even asked him to screenshot his calls and send it to prove it. Never did! Very unprofessional!

Very dishonest company/contractor. Yuri told me I would have to replace blower motor and cage, and it will cost $800 for the parts alone and with installation he will charge me $1050 total. Since it was quite urgent, I agreed as I believed that he is offering me fair price. He told me I can't get parts outside of supplier and only they can get the parts. He lied to me. I believed him. When he brought the parts, it was generic parts which that costs less than $200 and work took him about an hour. I would never use his service again and I recommend you to look elsewhere. I understand businesses are there to make money but you shouldn't mark up part by 400% to take advantage of people's situation. I was in a desperate situation as I couldn't live in the cold for more than a day. Avoid this company/contractor like the plague.
