Painting reviews in Aurora, Colorado

We're really happy with the work they did on our 2 story living room and kitchen. They were really thorough to get complete coverage and paid great attention to detail. It was so worth it to hire professionals for this project. We plan to hire them again in the future to paint another tricky area in the house.

We engaged Vince Wilson and his company, A State of Paint, last week for some ceiling and wall painting.

The results were nothing short of wonderful. I've painted many a room in my house but could never get the look that I see in magazines and home improvement shows.

They were flexible and did the job while I was at work. When I got home I was blown away by how it looked. The lines between the ceiling and walls were exactly how I hoped they would be: crisp and clean.

If you're looking for someone to paint, give them a call.

People never pay attention to a 5 star rating but I would definitely give Vince and his team 5 stars! Professional, courteous and prompt with time A State Of Paint is everything most contractors are not! Thank you for doing a great job!

Very professional and they do exactly what they say they will do. Rare these days. I would hire them any day for painting. They did a fabulous job and even finished early. Vince and his team are awesome. They showed up when they said and are very respectful of your property.

This is the second project I've had completed by Vince and his team. Excellent performance both times. Vince's painting teams are very professional and courteous. Highly recommend

Just had the interior of my home painted by A State of Paint. Vince, Evan and Lexy did an AWESOME job. They arrived on time each morning and finished the job when they said they would. Feels like my home is brand new again. Love it!!

Vince was quick to give us a quote and David did a great job painting our upstairs bedrooms as well as some minor drywall repair. Price was fair and I’d definitely hire them again.

Vince and Evan were absolutely fantastic. Started off with a phone call. Got a great quote explaining the process (price, timeframe, and thoughts on the job). They were extremely flexible, and were able to get the job started and finished in a very efficient manner. Very impressed, and I would recommend them to anyone for any job...big or small. They have my total confidence, and I will most certainly call them again in the future should the need arise. Book them now and know that you will not be disappointed!

We hired A State of Paint to paint and repair our granddaughter's bedroom and bath. Vince and Asher are true professionals! Vince promptly assessed the situation and gave us a reasonable quote. Asher amazingly repaired the very large holes and now no one can really tell where they were! The painting itself was very difficult because of the colors and the wainscoting. The rooms were transformed from pastels to black and white with clean and crisp lines! Thank you all and we will definitely use A State of Paint again!

The father and son painting duo created a beautiful new look in my condo with their perfect, painting partnership. They were efficient, punctual, knowledgeable and I will have them back again for further paint jobs! I highly recommend them and I vow to never paint on my own again!

Vince and Evan are a great team. They were professional and efficient, and did a GREAT job on our project! I would use them again and refer them to anyone looking for a reliable, talented painting company.

Evan, Lexi, and Vance were extremely wonderful to work with! They were on time and stayed in communications both times we had our home painted. The first time they came it was so beautiful we hired them to come a second time to finish the othe rooms! They were attentive to our needs and offered reasonable prices 😊 We are so happy with the finished product of their work!

Vince and his crew were professional and our house looks brand new.

Thank you

'A State of Paint' painted the interior and exterior of our house and did a very good job. They are also nice people to deal with. Vince and Evan were pleasant to be around. I would definitely contact them again for any other paint job.

State of paint just finshed repainting the interior of my home. Asher and Izzy were professional and did an amazing job. Vince was great to work with and answered all my questions to make sure the job was completed on time and met all of my needs. Would definitely use them again for any painting needs.

It was great to work with Vince, from the initial contact (Vince quickly returned my request for an estimate, unlike 3 deck companies) to the finished product, Vince was very professional, responsive and answered all my questions. Vince and Evan painted 2 accent walls for me. We are delighted with their end result and will definitely use them again.

I'm a local Realtor that has used Vince & team and am 250% pleased with the outcome. On a recent project, they repaired severely damaged wood siding and the work is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Shocking, actually. Mixed with an OUTSTANDING paint job, the curb appeal went from a 2 to a 10, literally. Timely, professional, communicative, good value, responsive......all SUPER CRITICAL to myself and to my clients - and ultra important when I'm putting my name on a referral. My go-to team!

My husband and I recently hired A State of Paint to paint our interior home. Prior to doing so, we went through the whole process of getting three quotes from different painters. A State of Paints pricing was right in the ball park with the other painters. It is also a family owned business, here in the area(which we like to support). While they were here painting, Vince and his son were very honest and pleasant. To top it off, they did an amazing job! We will definitely have them back to do more painting when the time comes.

I had a full exterior paint job for my home completed by this company.

They did a decent job, but have a lot of room for improvement. I feel their strength might be in the interior painting zone.

They completed the job after 3 months. A duration I was not happy with.

The house looks great from the street. However, a closer inspection will show many discrepancies.

Vince was great to work with. Easy to communicate with and professional. His painter David did an exceptional job repairing walls and painting my bedroom and bathroom. Highly recommend.

Best painting company around! Vince came out and quoted my project on short notice and his bid was extremely fair. Then Asher came out and completed the job fast and efficiently. The final product came out amazing we are beyond happy! We will use them for all our painting needs going forward and so should you!
