Nick’s is great, their staff are amazing. Had an excellent Mexican Hamburger at their cafe today when we went by today to pick up some chilis.

The best family friendly fall fair I’ve ever been to. Free to get in, a bunch of photo opportunities for the family (HUGE pumpkin, the things where the face is cut out of a ghost and you stick your head in.), a bunch of games for everyone, great food at a reasonable price, local/homemade items and more.

Cons: parking, but not a bad walk, and pumpkins are a little pricey, but all of them are awesome and I didn’t know there was so many different types!

10/10 we’re going back with our 1 year old on Sunday and I can’t wait.

Purple, Turquoise, Red, White, and Pink real Christmas trees and wreaths - YES!!!! I was in awe and almost drove past the entrance to the store. Lol. I think this is so cool, such a statement to our spirit as we continue in a pandemic. It was like seeing the real tree I never knew I needed. Be sure to check out the actual inside of the store as well...it’s a holiday wonderland.

They didn't have everything we wanted due to seasonality but it was a great trip.

Love this place. Beautiful healthy plants, friendly knowledgeable staff who know what they're talking about, and a wide variety of both ornamental and food plants that are actually OK in Colorado. Bring sunscreen, there's not a lot of actual shade. Not surprising, not complaining, just not something I thought about and got myself a good sunburn wandering every one of their many aisles.

This place is large and has a great selection of good plants. Their staff is helpful. The facility is clean. If you are getting common plants that can be found at a big box store, get them there. The prices at Nicks are very high unless you catch a sale. I would only buy here if I was purchasing a hard to find plant.

Absolutely the best nursery in a 30 mile radius! Even though it’s only March, this nursery was bustling and beautiful! They have a huge variety of just about anything you might look for at a nursery. I spoke with several very friendly & helpful people and everyone was taking COVID precautions!!

Nick's has become my go to garden center since we moved to Aurora. They staff is nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. The selection is huge and I always leave with more than I intended lol

Family owed garden center, but really more. There is a café with fresh food, weekend events, and other fun stuff. Nick's is one of the few surviving garden centers inside metro Denver.

I like their easy to find 'Plant Select' area.

Second year of going to the fall festival and was let down this time. First, the activities are entirely too expensive for what you get (6 bucks per person, per activity). That being said, the bike ride activity was particularly chaotic. The worker took our tokens, realized there wasn't any more bikes and said we had to go again next time. A simple sorry would have been nice but we didn't even get that. No refund and didn't get the tokens back, pretty insane.

So much fun!! I loved all the fun carnival-esque games and rides. Our 1 year old had lots of fun with the train ride and running through the pumpkins. I got a lot of good vegetables here too!

Such an amazing find! If you want fresh produce! And a unique farm experience like Pueblo county, like Musso’s, Mauros, or Milburgers! But in in the CITY Aurora/Denver!

Nick's is the best garden center in Denver! The people who work there are knowledgeable and very helpful. There is a huge selection of plants (outdoor and indoor), including many native plants and rarer xeric plants. The houseplant section has healthy, beautiful plants at a pretty reasonable price.

My favorite garden/nursery in the Denver metro area. Huge selection of plants and trees and all things garden. Super friendly helpful staff as well. We just went for their pumpkin fest, pretty awesome, lots to do for kids and the haunted tunnel was truly pretty scary. Check it out!

Wonderful experience 10/10 recommend going. Their fall pumpkin patch is such a treat. Not a penny needed (unless you want too), there are plenty of free activities and tables to sit for a fun family picnic.

Fantastic garden center! I really love the way the store is setup, everything is easy to find and well lit. Lots of very helpful staff. I personally enjoyed their bonsai display. Nicks is just a very professional and knowledgeable store!

We come here year round for all their seasonal events. There’s a huge variety of plants, knowledgeable staff, and it’s just fun walking around in and out. Though the plants are pricey, everything is really well maintained and cared for. The place is clean and the staff is always friendly.

What a fantastic garden center. It's not just a place to pick up plants and some pots. It's a whole experience. Their Christmas shop and gifts was amazing. Lots of thoughtful gifts suitable for the gardener (master or beginner) plus other high quality ideas.

They also have a superb selection of succulents and terrarium supplies. They stock bonsai tools and plants. And they have nutrients, potting tools, plant lights and gardening tools. I assume they have significant landscaping stock too, but I visited in winter and the outdoor sections were understandably empty. 😊
