Landscaping reviews in Aurora, Colorado

I went to this Home Depot this morning, and here's what I saw: healthy plants dumped into a cart, and many other plants dying for lack of water. I talked to several people to ask them to please water the dry plants, and to see what was up with the cart with healthy plants dumped into it. I was told they'll water the dry plants, and that the healthy plants in the cart are being thrown away. When I asked if I could have or buy those plants, I was told no, I could not. After hanging out about 45 minutes to see if they would water the dry plants, they did not. And when I talked to a person in charge about the healthy plants being dumped, he told me I didn't understand the corporate system. Killing healthy plants that have been grown with the labor of workers, and lots of water and energy, is shameful practice, and I only blame the decision-makers at Home Depot, not the workers.

They lie about the one year policy on plants or trees. I purchased a peach tree. It started to Wilt. I tried to replace it and they refused to exchange it. The tree was purchased for my son who passed away. The tree dying really devastated me. Thanx home depot for breaking your policy.

I luv, luv, luv this place. The collection of regular house plants and especially succulents & cacti is quite good. Pricing is reasonable, wish there were more cactus plants available.

Home Depot may be satisfactory for the DIY shopper, but their professional installation services are anything but professional. On July 7, 2021, I ordered over $4,000 of appliances from LOWES with guaranteed delivery and installation in a week (July 14), but when HOME DEPOT quoted $200 less on the exact same appliances, I cancelled the order with LOWES and went with HOME DEPOT even though the delivery and installation through them would be 1 1/2 months out (August 21). Gotta save money, right? WRONG. BIG MISTAKE. Upon arrival the delivery/installer stated that he would not be able to install the dishwasher or refrigerator and would simply drop them in my garage. I convinced him to at least get the refrigerator into the kitchen for us and let me hook it up. Which he did but he still refused to deliver the dishwasher anywhere except the garage and failed to leave the installation kit and power cord that were ordered with it. However, he was successful at plugging in the oven/range into the existing outlet (such skill). However, he was unable to securely attach the microwave above the range and left it hanging by a single thread of one bolt. After a visit to the store and several phone calls later, we were eventually able to schedule someone to come out on September 2nd (over two weeks later) and attempt to resolve the situation, but they were a No Call/No Show. After a few phone calls yesterday and couple more today I was finally able to get them to reschedule the completion of the installation for September 10th (another week out). The headache has not been worth the $200 saved, and I think that LOWES has found themselves a new loyal customer.

Gave me 60% of return value. Then won't answer the phone. I'll be shopping at Lowe's from now on.

Amazing planets! 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for indoor plants. They go from tiny "on the shelf" plants to outside gardening plants. I loved there varieties to choose from 💕🌱🌵🌾 they're prices aren't bad either. The tiny plants start at $3 and go up on the price depending how big the plant is. I also got a tree from here that was $50. I'd say it's a pretty good deal👌🏼

OLGA, the rudest customer service representative. She asked me to ask around the store for a refund. Who is the staff here?? SMH

Might as well call it a r3tard center. There was no plants at all. Someone was also being apprehended for theft which held up people from leaving… ghetto and trash as expected from walmart

When you need something that is being a lock shelf be prepare to wait 30 min or more to find out get someone to help you.

Just focusing on my most recent grocery order (and ignoring other Walmart experiences):
- The food was left at my door with no message to me that it was there.
- It's still listed as undelivered on the website, so the driver never marked it off. Either that, or the software is wacked.
- He laid heavy food on bread and left it half squashed. -
I've had nothing but good experiences with this location's pick up. Sasha has always been the one to help me and she's very effecient and nice to talk to as my car is loaded up. She deserves some kind of recognition for being such a consistently hard worker.

This is NOT a garden center. Not a single plant. I came to this walmart, worst walmart experience I've ever had, just to deal with that and not find any plants.
-
Very busy so parking was difficult. Too many pan handlers. Store was very cluttered and organization leaves a lot to be desired.

Walmart delivery. Took 30 minutes just to get someone to open the back door. Knocked, buzzed, and called the store repeatedly—no response. Had to call the DC to get them to come let me in. Once inside, unloading was painfully slow. Bob, the guy unloading, was nice—but not nice enough to make me come back. This stop destroyed my clock. Store is now on my do-not-deliver list.

Not sure how you teach your workers but I happened to notice him fertilize back yard He shakes hose back and forth quickly And it looked like a hit and miss. He did this with a flick of wrist. I remember previous lawn service did it much differently. Long sweep
Which fertilized all grass evenly. -
