Harris Brothers Plumbing & HVAC truly cares about their customers. They were sent to check out a pressure tank problem at our home through a warranty claim. Trenton quickly figured out the tank had failed. Even when the warranty company didn’t cover the repair, they still stepped up and helped us out because they believed the tank should have been covered. The owner made sure a plumber came out to fix everything at a very fair price. We really appreciate their honesty and great service.

I called a plumber in Aurora to install a whole house water filter system. Bryson explained what needed to be done and handled the installation. The work looks great, with neat solder joints and everything arranged much better than before. I noticed a small issue with some leaky shut off valves that hadn’t been used in a while, but they came back out and fixed them quickly. The prices were very fair, and I’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

We noticed a gas smell coming from our laundry room in our new house in Aurora. After the gas company shut off our service, we were left without hot water, heat, or a working stove since everything runs on gas. We reached out to a few plumbers, and some quoted us really high prices to replace the gas pipes, from $8,000 for the whole house to $6,500 just for the laundry area. Harris Brothers Plumbing & HVAC sent out Trenton within an hour of our call. He quickly found that the problem was just a loose fitting. Trenton repaired it right away, took care of the permit, and even arranged for the gas to be turned back on. The total cost was only $1,100! They are honest, reliable, and offer fair prices. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work. They really look out for their customers.
