Reviews of local pros in Aurora, Colorado

My apartment complex uses this vendor and I was pleased with the cleanliness of my carpet. But more importantly, while this may be an ordinary carpet cleaning company, it has extraordinary ownership. It is impossible to control the acts of each individual employee that works for you. So when there was 1 bad actor working here, and did something terrible (unrelated to the quality of work), the owners made it right and then some. They went above and beyond and truly do care about their customers.

Subpar and doesn't care what the customer says or asks to be done

Superb air duct cleaning service! Noticed a significant difference in the air quality after their thorough cleaning. Dryer vent cleaning was an excellent choice. Friendly and professional team!

I found Rami online for a listing I have coming up. We needed someone asap to come out and clean the windows before putting the house on the market. Rami was quick, responsive, and did a great job on making my client’s windows look new again. I would definitely use Rami again.

Alex did an excellent job!! He was very thorough and kind! It was super helpful to have him come do the difficult and a little dangerous job of cleaning our upper story windows! Right when he was packing up to leave and we had already paid we noticed that he missed one room of windows, he rushed back and finished them up! We appreciated your hard work!! Will recommend to our neighbors

Randy and Alex did an awesome job of cleaning windows inside and out. The also did a last minute dryer vent clean... so glad I had them do it as the vent was partially plugged. The windows have not looked this great in some time. The gentlemen were friendly, respectful of property, worked cleanly and efficiently. I will definitely use there services again in the future.

Alex and Randy were highly communicative and quick to respond to any correspondence. They were flexible and accommodating with scheduling, prompt with invoicing and answered all of our questions. Our windows and screens look great - They are professionals through and through! Highly recommend them.

Marino Window Cleaning were prompt, wore appropriate virus safety masks and did an excellent job. We have been put on the twice yearly schedule so our windows will always be sparkling clean.

Marino is the BEST! We've been using them for several years now for our windows. They are professional, friendly, affordable and do an incredible job! You won't be disappointed!

Great service, just purchased the house and they cleaned the windows, ductwork, and dryer exhaust. I left they did the work and the next day I inspected and everything was great

Alex and his Dad were amazing! They were on time, wore shoe protectors inside and my windows have never looked so sparkling. Price was competitive and they were very personable and pleasant to be around. Definitely strongly recommend their services.

An astonishing lack of care for someone in a very competitive business.

Marino’s cleaning services did an amazing job on our windows! They were on time, friendly and so easy to work with. We will be using them for years to come!

I hired Marino Cleaning services to clean our carperts. They were not only on time, but early to their scheduled appointment. They were professional, nice and they completed the job with high quality. Highly recommend this company for carpert cleaining.

Wow! My windows look amazing! They did a wonderful job cleaning the screens, tracks and windows. Very friendly and working to get scheduled and quote process was super easy! Thanks for making my windows sparkle!

I do not usually post reviews but if my recent experience can you help you avoid what I went through then I hope this helps. They are not BBB accredited and there is a reason. They arrived late and then said since there were clouds we could just give them gas money and they would come back later. We said no, we need the windows cleaned and we were fine with it. They then opened all the blinds and took all the screens out and moved around furniture to clean the inside of the windows. They broke the panes in the garage windows as well. It then started to sprinkle so they quit and said they could not (more like would not) finish and would come back the last day. They left and left the house a disaster with the blinds open, furniture moved, no screens and multiple drips across the floor and on windows. My husband went home early the next day to meet then and they did not show. When we called they said they would not be coming back that day and could not Make it back before the end of the week. This is where I ended it and told them to not come back. Best wishes if you choose to hire this company.

I have used Marino’s Cleaning Service for my windows for many years! Alex and his Dad do an excellent job! Windows are cleaned inside and outside, screens are cleaned and the window seals are vacuumed as well! Alex and his Dad are very professional and follow health guidelines! Reasonable
Pricing!!

Rami and two other very friendly men showed up on time and were very professional, efficient, clean and fast while they worked. They cleaned my window tracks first, with a vacuum and then wiped them clean with a damp cloth which was a very pleasant surprise since no other window cleaning service had done that before. They also took the screens and washed them thoroughly outside and then replaced them after they dried. Other services just wiped them down while they were still in the window. I will definitely be to using Marino Cleaning Services from now on.

Marino cleaning services were amazing to work with. They took the time to clean the windows (I see and out) and sill in the windows. My home looks much brighter! They showed up on time and texted when they would arrive. I would highly recommend and use them yearly going forward.
