Tile Contractor reviews in Aurora, Colorado

I hired Grout Medic Denver to replace the grout in my shower floor and would highly recommend them. The work they did was professional, they were on time, and ensured the work area was clean before leaving. Some may wait to have this type of work done before selling. I would have it done in advance so you can enjoy the results of the work.

They worked on my Master shower. From the estimate to the tech who did the work Grout Medic was great. I had them clean my tiles, re-grout, and re-caulk. It looks great! They even cleaned my glass around the shower which wasn't part of the deal. I highly recommend them.

Erick did an excellent job on our tile and grout job! Out bathroom looks brand new!!

EDIT: Grout Medic followed up with me in less than a day to make this small snafu right!! The owner reached out personally and kindly. Very, very impressive. It was a simple fix and they wasted no time taking care of this. I am now having them out to estimate another project for me because clearly they are a company that cares and will do the full job, no matter what. I'm always impressed when a company acts immediately on customer feedback! 10/10

I had Grout Medic regrout our kitchen floor and our master shower. The kitchen floor turned out great, but I'm realizing that I didn't get what I paid for with our shower. These pictures are within 24 hours of Oscar finishing the job... the quote said "fill missing grout lines" -- perhaps I misunderstood and they were never going to regrout the problem areas? Just be sure you know exactly what you're paying for. I thought for $418 for the shower aspect that I'd get better results.

Amazing and product and Erick went above and beyond with his labor to get our shower looking brand new!

We had a shower and bathtub that had initially had a poorly performed grout and seal job done by the previous owner. I contacted Grout medic and they sent an estimator the same day. He did a brief but thorough inspection and recommended a reasonable and affordable solution. We were able to get a technician out the next day and he did an incredible job. They fixed all the grout and then also steam cleaned the shower. Highly recommend hiring them.

Dubiel came out to give us a proposal and he's such a knowledgeable and helpful young man. Loved him and if we choose to have Grout Medic do our tile/grout cleaning - it will largely be due to him. He's a great young man and represents the company so well. Update: we had the work done and the fellow that did the work was named Carlos and he was terrific. Worked super hard and left us with a shower that almost looks new. Hats off to Grout Medic.

Grout medic did an incredible job washing away 10 years of dirt and mildew on white tile and white grout. They were also able to repair our shower caulking and grout, they did a remarkable job! Wish I did this sooner!

Erick did an excellent job on our large travertine steam shower! The tiles and existing grout are beautifully clean and the new replaced grout matches perfectly.

Our shower looks brand new again! Our technician Axel did an amazing job. We will definitely be hiring Grout Medic again for other areas in our home.

Our shower was in baaaad shape and I was about to start looking into remodeling. On a whim I called Grout Medic. Jesus (owner) was communicative, responsive, and fast! He came over within 30 minutes of my reaching out and the work was completed the next day. Henry was our technician and he was incredible. Saved us from a remodel and our shower looks good as new! Would recommend Grout Medic to all!

Very professional! Came highly recommended! Initial consult was informative and helpful. Lots of communication. Technician showed up and was very good at his job. He was able to translate so we could understand each other.

Daniel M did a fantastic job on our shower. He was prompt, polite and worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Grout Medic Denver to any family or friend. I will use them again in the future.

Erick did a great job regrouting multiple areas in our house. They all look perfect. Can’t recommend enough. And Dubiel was a pleasure to work with on the estimate. Explained everything clearly. I expect to use their services again.

We reached out to Grout Medic for two bathrooms and our kitchen counter. Work was scheduled quickly and Dany did a wonderful job. Our shower looked brand new!

Axel was very professional, courteous and efficient. The work was completed exactly as contracted. This was my 3rd time using Grout Medics and would use them again if need be. It's a pleasure doing business with them

The Grout Medic was responsive, punctual, and highly professional throughout the process. Both my bathroom and kitchen tiles now look brand new. I’m very pleased with the experience and the results, and would highly recommend their services.

Carlos from Grout Medic was wonderful - he spent 6 hours repairing tile, regrouting, sealing and cleaning our shower stall, pan and glass door. It had 5 loose tiles and he repaired everything. It looks like brand new! I would definitely recommend Grout Medic and Carlos!

Great communication, great prices, great work! Unlike other contractors these days, this company seemed like they actually wanted my business and were timely, professional, did a wonderful job. Highly recommend and we will use them again!

The technician was on time, friendly, and professional. He did a great job. And cleaned after he finished. We are totally satisfied with quality of work and would recommend Grout Medic to anyone who needs their kitchen countertops, backsplash or island grout serviced.

Erick, our technician, worked diligently and steadily from about 9 AM to 3:30 PM today, replacing all of the prior, mildew-prone grout and caulk with modern, much more resistant selections. He really did a beautiful job.
