He was the first one I could get out when my furnace went out. Replaced a blade fuse on the control board. I thought great simple fix! Then the burners were not getting enough gas. He banged on the pipes and told me to call the gas company I wasn't getting enough pressure even though my other gas appliances worked. Called the gas company. Took them 2 minutes to test the pressure inside the furnace. Pressure was fine. They don't service appliances but they thought it was the gas valve inside the furnace. Called another company and told them the gas company suspected the gas valve. They brought the part with them. About a 10 minute fix. Just seemed like Comfort Guy either didn't know what to check for or didn't want to be here. Thankful for the fuse replacement though.
