Josh and his workers are the best! I needed a water heater replaced and some other plumbing issues looked at,I called Jones Plumbing and they responded promptly and did an awesome job! Thank you Josh and crew!!

This company is fantastic. They excavated and installed our auto horse waterers and did an excellent job. They also are great plumbers and are prompt and efficient.

Josh Jones blessed us when our water line was leaking badly by getting right to us and doing a wonderful job of replacing it. He was reasonable in his price, was nice to work with, was clear in his explanations. He ran the line under our yard and under our patio so did minimal disturbance of our yard. We couldn't be happier.

I called the other morning, and they arrived within the hour! I could not have been more pleased with their expertise, work ethic and sincerity. A job VERY WELL done, thanks Mike. I have had Jones do larger field work, too and I was just as happy! As far as I'm concerned, Jones is the only plumber in my phone book!

We recently had Jones Excavating & Plumbing out to add a hot and cold water in the basement so we can start brewing beer. Their estimate was reasonable and the finished bill did not exceed the estimate. A great win-win situation. We will be using them when we finish our basement.

I was happy to see the advertisement in the Longmont TC for Jones Plumbing of Berthoud. I contacted them and talked with Wendy. I asked her a lot of questions and she answered them all without hesitation. She told me about the price and that there would be no surprises at the end of the installation of a new hot water heater. Their price was substantially lower than what had been quoted by others!
They were able to install my hot water heater the next afternoon! Casey was great. He explained all of the functions of the hot water heater and advised me if I had any questions or any concerns to give them a call and they would follow up promptly. Thanks again Jones plumbing for advertising in Longmont. I will pass on the good news on to others who are looking for a great company!

My dealings with Jones Plumbing amounted to the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider of any kind. Their incompetent plumber tried to install a gas control valve on our water heater, but blatantly went against the instructions provided by the manufacturer. This resulted in the new part being destroyed before it could be used. When confronted, the plumber maintained that "he knew what he was doing", despite the obvious deviation from simple instructions. When I tried to get my money (several hundred dollars) back under their "guarantee", I was given the runaround. Eventually, Josh (the manager) reluctantly agreed to refund my money. "The check was in the mail". Guess what, weeks later and the check never came. Now they will not return my phone calls and even hang up on me when I call. In short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst experience ever.

Very friendly service. Plumber and office staff were all very friendly, "homey", talkative (in a pleasant and small-town kind of way). Response was quick (I had taken the toilet off and found a problem that was beyond my skills short of spending A LOT of time researching solutions for). Would use them again.

Jesse at Jones Excavation did great work helping us repair a leak in our community water system. They were professional and flexible. The line was not of the type expected but they ordered parts and got it fixed in a day. Great work!

I've been more than impressed with Jesse and his crew on my residential job! I had 4 ft concrete walls with even taller pillars surrounding my patio that needed taken down and hauled off. The crew minimized damage as much as possible to surrounding areas with the heavy equipment. They were careful around my roses and the crew even helped me cut down my sunflowers before they were backed over. They navigated the demolition around many wasp nests, water spickets, propane pipes, and electrical outlet posts. They were polite, professional, detailed, worked intelligently and safely. Their quote ($) was 2/3 less than another company's and they did the scope of work within that and on time!

I called for an estimate on a kitchen sink & garage disposal install. They came out that same day, quoted a price (very affordable ) and completed the job on the spot!! They did a great job!

Get an eye on your important infrastructure- I hired Jones Plumbing to jet out a clog in my sewer line outside my home- turns out the line needed some additional care. Brian and Larry cleared the blockage, followed up with a camera scope, and explained everything we were seeing, and really educated me on the condition of my line. 5 stars for value! What I learned about my line was as valuable as the work- I certainly will not skip my preventative service moving forward. Thank you Jones Plumbing for doing the job with care.

Can't say enough GREAT things about Jones Excavating! I hired them to replace a main water line on our farm (300+ ft run), and they were competitively priced, and most importantly worked around a complex schedule on our end, and got it done. Josh/owner also came back out on a Sunday to finish final hook up, as we were out of town. I would recommend their services to anyone, and thank them for their customer service! Robert H., Berthoud

When my water pipe cracked on my main outside and was leaking into the house. Every person I asked said, call Jones Excavating. Jesse was out here within the hour assessed the situation and had his crew here right away. The area they had to dig wasn’t accessible for their excavator so they had to dig 5-6 feet by hand. Normally, probably wouldn’t be a big deal, but it’s the middle of winter and the ground was hard. They got everything fixed the same day and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend, and thankful for their promptness and hard work.

My experience with Jones Excavating & Plumbing was awesome. I needed a plumbing repair in my home. I was impressed from my initial phone call to the office all the way to completion of the job. I own a service related small business in Northern CO and I can appreciate the level of service I received from this company and it’s people. I will never call anyone else should the need for service come up again.

I would like to thanks Jones Excavation and Plumbing for the great job they did replacing a sewer pipe in my back yard. They were timely, professional and cared about the details. They replaced the sidewalk, took care not to damage the yard and fixed the sprinkler system all for a fair price. I got three bids and theirs was the lowest and included the repairs. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm a real estate agent and often times need professional help with sewer lines and septic systems during a transaction. Josh Jones is my go-to-guy! In 2021 he replaced an entire septic system for a client in a matter of 2 weeks. Very professional, affordable, and Josh knows what he's doing! I'm really glad I contacted Jones.

I was quoted $13,000 for a pipe repair job from a "rooter" company that shall remain nameless. They wanted me to pay upfront before any work had begun and said they would have to use a jackhammer to access the pipe under my basement floor. Then I emailed Jones. Jesse called me and came right over, and quoted me ~$8700. Jesse was part of the crew that came to do the work, not some subcontractor. They were able to access the pipe with a wet saw. In the end, the work was not as extensive as the rooter company indicated and my final cost, including the city permit, was $6000 and change, less than half what the first company quoted me. Jesse and the rest of the crew were very professional and very mindful of keeping my home as clean as was possible. Plus, my cat liked Jesse and she's a good judge of character. All in all I'm very impressed and I would recommend Jones to anyone!
