Their work ethic was displayed in all the little things (putting my washer & dryer back neatly, with care, as well as insisting I verify different tasks were completed to satisfaction, etc.) I was impressed with the service provided & will continue using Raceway Electric for any projects going forward. Tom and his son Tristen were excellent in their major electrical redo of our home. I asked lots of questions and they were all answered to my satisfaction, which isn’t easy. They were clear and complete. I am completely satisfied with their work and I have great confidence in it and in them. They identified several unsafe situations, explained why, and fixed them.I’m picky and I was very satisfied! I recommend them highly.

More importantly, Tom came right over to discuss my electrical needs and provided excellent service. Sent me a reasonable quote on the job, and promptly completed the job. Tom (and Tristan) with Raceway Electric were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule to install 3 new exterior lights on my newly sided and painted house.
The great experience started with EXCELLENT communication. I called later in the day at 5:30pm and left a message of what I needed done which was a requirement to complete before final inspection on the new siding. Beng a new customer, I had low expectations but to my delight, Tom called me back within 30 minutes and said he would be able to come by around 1pm the next day! Day of, he texted to let me know he was on his way with a more precise expected time of arrival. Tom and Tristan got right to work and interacted well with the other workers on-site. They installed the 3 lights with precision, expertise and with a careful eye to ensure they were installed level and even. I appreciate Tom and Tristan's work and helping me out of a time crunch bind. Very reasonably priced as well! I highly recommend Raceway Electric for all your electrical needs!! I love my new lights - thanks so much guys!!

Tom and his son did a fantastic job! They fixed the mess the previous homeowner left behind and made sure our house’s electrical system is safe. They also installed my EV charger perfectly.
