Jacob was on time and professional. I explained the issue and he was able to get it fixed immediately, and also gave me recommendations on how to avoid the same issue in the future, which was greatly appreciated.
Definitely not a cheap service but Jacob explained the cost breakdown and it seemed fair enough.
Overall a solid experience, no complaints. I'd recommend them if you're looking for quick and easy appliance repair.

Jordan was wonderful. ON his first visit he identified the problem and ordered the necessary parts, which arrived the next day and we were able to schedule the repair. When he had the microwave off the wall and taken apart, he discovered another part that was needed and drove 30 miles to pick it up, got the company to discount the cost and added no additional labor fees. He even polished up the appliance when he was finished re-installing it. I was very impressed from the original response to my inquiry through the end of the work. Highly recommend!
