Ok ok, Trin and Kyra cleaned my apartment, I got the deep clean service. First - the whole process is incredibly easy, they are so responsive and specific, true professionals. Secondly, they do an impeccable job. What else would you need??!

Danit and her crew have been cleaning for me for over 5 years and I am very happy with their service. Prior to 2Buckets, my biggest issue was reliable cleaners who would keep to a schedule and level of service. Danit is a stickler for a high standard of cleaning. On the rare occasion (maybe 2 times in 5 years) that I am unhappy with the clean level, she has worked with me to schedule an additional cleaning to make up for it. I am impressed with how well she manages schedules and keeps to our agreed upon frequency. She somehow manages to work around unforeseen absences from her staff, fitting us in so that we mostly keep our set schedule. She communicates any changes to me promptly and is flexible when I want to cancel or move the cleaning schedule around. What more could I ask for?

I had a great experience with 2 Buckets cleaning. I have a 3 Br/3 Bath townhouse that needed an all over cleaning. Danit worked with me to determine total hours and provided a very reasonable estimate. I hadn't realized how dirty things had been until I saw the end result. Everything was done as expected from estimate and the place looked even better than I could have hoped for.
The team worked very hard and were very detailed with their cleaning.

While you could probably pay less if you went to an individual directly, I think it’s worth the extra money to hire a company and 2 Buckets does a great job managing their business. Because there are multiple cleaners, they almost never cancel and they’ve been extremely accommodating when I’ve needed to reschedule or skip a cleaning. On the off occasion when something has not been cleaned to my standard, Danit always offers to make it right by either sending someone back out or throwing in an extra complimentary service the next time - something that is very appreciated and shows her professionalism. Overall, I’ve been really happy with 2 Buckets...nothing better than coming home from work to a clean house!

Besides the bi-weekly cleaning I get, they have done a couple of move in cleans and a move out clean and do a thorough job each time. As a client my experience has been excellent. My cleaning specialist from 2Buckets shows up when I am told they will show up and they leave the house looking beautifully clean. Danit is easy to get in touch with and responds to questions promptly. Everyone from 2Buckets who has come to my home has been as nice as they could possibly be. I absolutely love 2 Buckets Cleaning! They are friendly, detail oriented and they really care about their clients.
