I have been an RMC customer for about 10 years and I have been very pleased with the cleaning service provided by the RMC team of Liz and Maria. I want to recognize them for going above and beyond during their visit on Monday July 29th. The team arrived about an hour early and got right to work. I was in the midst of lunch. When I finished I picked up my used dishes and was walking towards the kitchen sink when Liz stopped me and took the dishes away and said she was going to wash them. I objected but she would have none of it. This was very unexpected but much appreciated and certainly not a required task. I am very happy with RMC, Liz and Maria, and look forward to having them clean my house every two weeks for many more years..

Rocky Mountain Cleaning was extremely easy to work with. Ivan is flexible and has amazing teams working for him. They are efficient and finish in less time doing a more thorough job than my last company experience. The two women listened extremely well to my requests and followed through with using only non-toxic products, no water on the wood floor and everything sparkled when they were finished. Highly recommended them.

The Rocky Mountain Cleaning team have been incredibly responsive, easy to coordinate with, and their team today did such a beautiful job! In the limited 2.5hr time-frame we set their team managed to clean the entire house top to bottom (4-bed / 4-ba) and left it truly spotless.... have never experienced it this clean. Will definitely continue to use their services. <3

It's great to have consistent service of great quality. On a single occasion there was a missed detail, I contacted the office and Ivan immediately sent out a crew to correct the issue. I like the fact that they are a family owned and run company. Our family has come to know the two crews who regularly service our home for over 2 years now. With our previous cleaners, it was new people every month. I am very happy with the quality and level of service we have received from Rocky Mountain Cleaning.

From my very first interaction to the cleaners showing up at my house to coming home when they were finished was an incredibly positive experience. The online form makes the initial contact super easy and accessible. I was able to fill it out to let them know my cleaning needs, then was contacted via email to schedule the first cleaning and ask any additional questions I had. The office staff were very friendly and responsive. I never had to wait long to get my questions answered.

Rocky Mountain Cleaning is a wonderful service. I have used them for five years now, and they have been consistently reliable. Their workers have always been pleasant, thorough and efficient.

We want to be clear that this was a great general cleaning service by Claudia! However, it was not the deep-clean service Ivan told my spouse would be provided. We’re moving, have someone coming to take photos of our home in a couple of days and requested a deep clean and a floor polish. My spouse confirmed this via e-mail and over the phone with Ivan, a conversation in which he pointed out that he would make sure the company allotted enough time to perform these services.

We were charged for a general cleaning service and told by Ivan that the deep clean and floor polish my spouse requested “weren’t in the notes.“ We’re disappointed with the experience overall but would like to reiterate that Claudia did a wonderful job with the general cleaning and we appreciate the work she did! Cleared a rigid aluminum vent packed with lint behind the dryer. Used a motorized brush and confirmed airflow with a smoke test. Now the dryer cycles properly.
