after getting two estimates for my plumbing problem—one for $495 and another for $395—i decided to call this company, and i’m so glad i did! ezra was very friendly and really knew his stuff. he didn’t just clear my clogged sink, which was why i called in the first place, but also noticed my toilet was wobbly and leaking when flushed. ezra tightened the screws and made sure everything was working properly, all at no extra cost. i’ll definitely call this company for any plumbing or heating needs in the future. on top of that, ezra recommended a specific type of toilet seat. when i went to the store to pick one up, the person there took the time to explain the differences between seats and even showed me how to install it. it’s been a long time since i’ve had such great customer service from start to finish!

When I was about to leave for work, I suddenly heard the sound of water running under my house. I checked my crawlspace and could hear the water but couldn’t find where it was coming from. After calling a few other plumbing companies who said they couldn’t come out for several days, I finally called a local plumber. Melvin arrived at my home in less than an hour, which was really impressive. He quickly found the leaking pipe and had it fixed fast. The whole job was finished in about an hour. I’m definitely keeping their number handy for any future plumbing problems. Highly recommend—5 stars!

i called a local plumber after being told by another place that i needed a whole new sewer line, with a quote between $8,000 and $10,000. the plumber, melvin, checked everything out and let me know that my pipe was actually in good shape and didn’t need to be replaced. he also explained that if i ever did need to have the line jetted, it would cost nowhere near what i was charged before—just around $300, not the $1,500 i had paid at the other spot. melvin was super honest and really took the time to explain everything, so i didn’t feel pressured or worried. it’s hard to find a plumber who isn’t just trying to make a quick buck, and i’m really glad i found this company. if you want to save money and get straightforward help with your plumbing or sewer lines, definitely give them a call!
