We love the efficient and good work the technicians from Bernie's Plumbing do! We were scheduled to have our problem worked on in a few days. The scheduler called today and Leroy showed up in about 30 minutes and installed new faucets and hoses to our washer in less than 30 minutes. He answered some other plumbing questions and left us enjoying his friendly demeanor.

We have been using Bernie's for over a decade and they always do a good job for us. They're highly competent and easy to deal with. I would recommend them for any plumbing work you need done. We just had them do a sump pump for my mom and the job is done right and it looks professional: tidy, neatly aligned, bundled extra cord to the pump, caulking around the pipe exit through the siding, and Leroy cleaned up after himself. Two thumbs up!

I have used this company for several years now, and they have been great. I have had the same technician inspect and clean my furnace two years in a row and he was great. He on time, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He did a great job cleaning my furnace and informing about what he did. I also used them for a shower repair once and they did a great job on that as well. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing and heating repairs and maintenance.

We've used Bernie's four or five times now for various issues. They do very good work at a reasonable cost, unlike some of the area shops which spend tons of money on advertising - which YOU pay for. As a general rule, imho, the more times you see prominent ads for "Amazing Plumbing," or whatever, in the newspaper or in coupon books, the more you need to avoid such a company. And beware of so-called "flat rate" billing. Speaking from experience.

Did a timely, professional and reasonably priced installation of my indirect heated hot water unit. Not only that, they handled getting a full rebate for me from the manufacturer of the leaking unit that had a life time warranty. Plan to use Bernie's for any future needs.

I have used Bernie's for over 20 years for my personal home and rental properties. There are the best - honest and reliable. I recommend Bernie's to everyone that asks me about a good plumbing and heating company.

I had a backflow prevention device that needed to be changed out due to a crack that formed after the winter. Bernie's was able to get out within a couple of days and was able to fix the leak by replacing the BFPDevice with one that I had picked up from Home Depot.

It was very efficient. It took about an hour, and what I was quoted over the phone was within $10 of the actual invoice.

The service technician was very friendly, and gave some good advice while he was out at my place.

I recommend these guys. They are straight shooters, not like some of the businesses out there.

Bernie's replaced our indirect fired water heater (boiler system) and we couldn't be happier with their service. They were extremely knowledgeable on the system (something other companies were not). They stuck to the estimate, did a great job and were very professional. Bernie's even handled finding out if the old tank was under warranty and got us a refund from the manufacturer.

After several plumbers tried unsuccessfully to fix a leaking outdoor faucet (and charge us) , Bernie's Plumbing came out and successfully repaired the issue for a reasonable cost. We have used them for other work as well and have been very happy with the work. I highly recommend them.
