Constraction reviews in Brighton, Colorado

Great service great Team! It’s a family owned business so they will take care of you 100%. Glad I called them and did business with them. You are the only ones who I will call if have any other concerns. Francisco and his brother are amazing! Please don’t look anywhere else if you have a problem call them ride away and they will be there for you! Thank you.

I am a master plumber in Northern Colorado.

This excavation company has stellar service skills, they are polite to work with and respectful of my clients property!!

This should have been a nightmare, Lord knows it was headed that way - until this company showed up and not only met but exceeded the challenge to fruition!

6 gold starts and a resounding: hip hip hurray to the owner of this outfit and his employees!!

I will use them again and again!!

We needed to have a sump pump line diverted under our side walk and into the street. Francisco and Iliana were amazing to work with during this entire process. Iliana worked with our city to gain all of the appropriate permits and kept my husband and I up to date with the status the entire time. Francisco and his team always arrived on time, completed the work quickly and they communicated with the city inspectors while on site. His team also cleaned up the worksite in a manner that was beyond expectation. If we ever need excavation work again we will call Coronado.

Got to say, I was shopping around for about 1-2 months for a sewer main line replacement and I am glad I was able to find them. Not only was the price more reasonable. About 4k less than the rest of the other bids I had, the turn around for installation was less than a week and they completed the work in about 6 hours or so. I will for sure recommend you hire them for any line replacements you might need. Definitely worth it.

Coronado Excavation - quick, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Got a big job done swiftly and kept the costs down. They went above and beyond to ensure all loose ends were tied. Thank you again, it was pleasure working with you!

After getting the run around from several companies. Coronado Excavating was a refreshing experience. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable, very professional, and responded very quickly. I highly recommend them and I am so pleased with the work they provided.

Coronado excavation literally made my life 100 times easier. They were by far the quickest, cleanest, and most reasonable quote by far. They were timely and did an incredible job with my sewer line replacement.

Absolutely fabulous company. Came up the day I called about my broken main water line, and a crew was here at 8am the next day. Price was reasonable and the crew was great to be around. They were able to replace my line without digging a trench. Very high quality work.

Two gentlemen were sent over to try and locate a leak in my yard. They worked very hard and were very kind. I was worried that my yard was going to be a mess; I can hardly tell they were here. I appreciate their mindfulness in what they do.

We have used Coronado a few times now for a main line repair and follow up camera scoping. They are thorough and communicative.

Coronado Excavation was Exceptional. This is one family business to support! Iliana handled all of the details up front. They were prompt, expedited the process, made sure it was all done properly and up to code. The entire crew work until it was finished the same day. They were professional and I highly recommend them.

The most unprofessional workers I have ever dealt with. They were rude, did not listen when told not to touch outdoor furniture and when confronted about breaking said furniture, they laughed and played dumb. I would not recommend using this company if you want efficiency and professionalism.

Look no further, Coronado Excavation & Sewer Repair is the company for your project! I recently worked with Coronado Excavation on a sewer repair. They were AMAZING to put it lightly. Their attention to detail, competitive prices, communication, ability to follow through & most importantly they got the job done EXACTLY how they said they would. I would use them again in a heart beat!

Very professional crew. Neat (plastic was placed to protect interior). Good clean up of yard (laid plywood to protect grass and easily move dirt back into trench), swept sidewalk and street when work was completed. Good follow-up with me and city. Highly recommend if you need a water main replaced

Timely, friendly, good communication and transparent on our bid/diagnosis for a major repair to fix a sewer line (excavation involved) problem. Mostly pleased with the quick and courteous nature of the interaction. No work to rate, simply the interaction to schedule and set up work. This is a significant improvement over most of the industry I've interacted with so far. The fast majority of other interactions have warranted less than 3 stars to date. I have exactly 2 good experiences and 1 adequate in about 20 interactions so Coronado gets a huge thumbs up.

Coronado Excavation did a great job on our sewer repair in a very tight space. They showed up on time, put down large sheets of plywood before bringing the backhoe over the lawn, and carefully maneuvered around rose bushes and irrigation. You can't even tell that a backhoe made its way across our lawn. Nice folks, great communication, and nice neat work.

I really enjoyed working with Coronado as they were so friendly. Their customer service is outstanding. They replaced a portion of my service line. They were on time, and put all the dirt and grass back very well.

Coronado Excavation did an outstanding job replacing my sewer line. I had two lines feeding into a main sewer line and ALL three lines needed to be completely replaced.
Denver does not allow trench-less sewer line repair- so- lots of excavation!
The whole process was made easier to deal with because of the extremely competent, courteous and pet friendly staff. Iliane and Diana located my lines, presented options, worked-up my bid and were available to answer my questions. Diego and crew removed fence ( for backhoe ) dug trenches, laid new lines and then put everything back together again.
Everyone said my dog was cute!

Coronado did a really great job of replacing our sewer line. They were timely, professional, and very nice to do business with. The yard was left in very good condition--they put plywood down to protect the yard from debris and tracks. So pleased with the job they did. Added bonus, they're a family-owned local business!

Trent is absolutely incredible to work with, he is so professional and can fix anything. I’m a real estate agent and use him constantly and trust him so much with my clients. Can’t wait to use him many more times in the future!

On time, excellent work, thinks outside the box problem solver. Finally have a "go to" guy!
