Not really helpful, but understand their view of not giving out electrical advice due to liabilities and lawsuits. Some homeowners do need a little guidance(help), which they cannot do. I will figure it out on my own. Thanks for nothin'.

I just called to try to find a VFD for a 3 phase motor control. The guy on the phone didn't even try to discuss, just immediately said he couldn't help much because he doesn't know about those kind of things. I asked if there's anyone who does know, he said to call back next week and ask for George. This is no help to wait 3 more days just to find out if they have this product or can get it. I can get one on the way from Amazon today, probably have it by the time "George" is available.
