I recently had a very pleasant experience with Pinnacle Landscaping. Since my backyard landscaping was not installed by the builder, I started out with a blank canvas to design an efficient and water-wise finished product.

I did my due diligence and reached out 6 different landscape companies. I gave them all the same design specifications and needs. Each responded. Of the six, Pinnacle did not fall on the low end or the high end. Actually, they fell right about in the middle.

Andrew Serna, the owner of Pinnacle, met with me in person, and we walked the property and discussed my design plans. A few days later, we met again, and Andrew presented me with a detailed bid.

After careful analysis, and comparison to all of the other bids submitted, I decided to select Pinnacle to move forward with my project.

Shortly after we signed a contract, Andrew assigned 2 of his very best skilled workers (20+ years of experience with the company), Oscar and Freddy. Throughout the project, they worked seamlessly together, showing up on the job on time and working tirelessly throughout the day.

Andrew visited my site almost every day to check in and make sure I was satisfied with the progress that was being made. At the end of each work day, the crew cleaned up the work site and left with the day’s duties complete.

I can’t speak highly enough about Pinnacle and their commitment to integrity, excellence, quality of work and following through with each line item in the contract.
