Kevin and team did a great job and provided a quality job. We had a few issues with the supplier regarding the pavers, but once we got them in the job was completed quickly and professionally. We finally have a backyard we love.

Viewpoint Landscapes' handling of our patio was outstanding and professional starting with the suggestions for our original plan to its completion. Our initial idea was a concrete sidewalk on the side of our house to the backyard, then to the patio. We originally planned to extend our patio by adding a deck.

Kevin Nguyen recommended against the concrete sidewalk and wooden deck due to soil instability. He also stated that with weather conditions, especially dry, hot summers, that the deck would need to be rebuilt over time.

He instead suggested using pavers for the walkway and patio. Initially he drew a rough sketch showing us what he would do, and then in a few days developed a professional, computer-designed plan. It included a fire pit, wall around the pit, a waterfall feature, and a raised patio to extend the small one provided by our builder. He built the patio extension at the same level as our current one, making going in and out of our house simple. It included terraced steps leading to the grass level of our back yard.

Construction was also of excellent quality. His workers were professional, and extremely dedicated to the job. They worked very hard to compact the soil so as not have settling problems and used hi tech levels throughout the entire project.

This project exceeded our expectations. It included accent LED lighting and a colored LED light behind the water fall feature. The pavers used for the sidewalk and patio added so much style to our backyard!

Kevin Nguyen's vision and detail far exceeded what other landscapers provided. We highly recommend Viewpoint Landscapes for your outdoor needs. We were extremely pleased with their work!

Kevin did such an awesome job for us! He’s so knowledgeable and helped guide us through the planning for our backyard. We are a new construction home and also new to Colorado so we were looking for a landscape team who could share suggestions and knowledge. He’s professional, friendly and had great ideas to share that helped either fit our space better or talk cost options, everything. He built a great design plan for us so we could start to visualize the end result. It’s not a huge yard, but our pug loves every inch of it! Every time we have talked with him, we learn something! Initial design, estimate, contract, working with a gas line specialist to make sure things are done to code with the city, and the whole process of the build… his team, too, so hard working and friendly! The whole team is diligent, professional, ethical and always so helpful. We were a little sad when things finished and we didn’t see them everyday, but then our neighbor liked our experience so much that they are working with him, too, so we still get to see everyone! :-) In an industry where there are so many shady folks who take advantage, don’t have contacts or insurance and put homeowners at risk with their HOA or even the city (gas lines!!!) for real, folks…. I have been working with Viewpoint for the past 6 years. They do my spring clean up and fall prep every year. They have done a few big jobs at our homes in Louisville and then Lafayette. New grass, raised plant beds, flagstone patio plus an amazing flagstone raised flower bed that I just loved. I've been happy with their work and its at a fair price. Kevin and team are a pleasure to work with.

Viewpoint Landscapes completely transformed our backyard, including a new fence, a new section for a play space, and a gorgeous patio with walkway. Kevin is really great to work with and always has excellent suggestions for improving the look and function of our outdoor spaces. They're priced well and very efficient. I only called one landscaper, Viewscapes. Kevin came out on time, worked with my design then added a great idea. He and his crew are fantastic. I never worried during the process from design, timing of install, during the install to now.
Then Kevin came out twice to look at the landscaping to see how the plants were growing. Actually he just left as he came out today to see how the trees are handling this heat wave. Had a couple of sprinklers come off in the flower garden but he came out to get them fixed.
Kevin and his crew know their landscaping. And how important the follow up is even after the install has been done.

The project included a large patio, small attached round patio, towards the back fence a yoga patio circled with butterfly bushes, Japanese Maple. Other corner has a Blue Spruce, lilac bushes and another Japanese Maple along that fence. Center of yard has a perennial flower garden with lavender, Jupiter flowers, cone flowers, and small bushes towards the back. Ornamental grasses line the walk way to the yoga patio. For privacy, the back fence has juniper bushes. Used drought resistant and pollinator plants.

Viewpoint Landscapes did an excellent job filling in where we had a ground level trampoline to make us a new garden space with a beautiful stone surrounding. Very professional and worked hard to complete the job so we could get planting.

The whole experience was above my expectations. Kevin responded to my request for a bid promptly and was on time. There was excellent communication when needed. The price was very reasonable. We hired Kevin & Viewpoint landscapes to put in a flagstone patio this past spring. Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job and the patio looks better than we expected it to.

Since we live on a corner house, we thought it would be nice to have an area to sit out front and also get rid of some grass that always struggles to grow in the summer. Kevin put together a couple of cool 3D pictures for us to review. It really helped having these when we went to the HOA for approval.

Overall the project did take longer than expected, but that was due to all the rain and snow. We actually got lucky that he was able to get started in February and get it done so we could enjoy it this summer. We have got nothing but positive feedback from our neighbors about how it looks.

Kevin was on the site pretty much every day and was always ready to talk about the project, schedule, challenges getting materials that looked good, etc. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Kevin or Viewpoint again for a future project!

We love our new back yard created by Outdoor Viewscapes. They are experts in installing pavement patios with lighting, which expanded the usable space in our smallish yard and still allowed for grass, flowering shrubs, and a shade tree. The crew was wonderful, friendly, and focused and the job got done on time even in the summer heat (we often offered them ice or cold water and a fan). We added the lights late, but outside of that there was no upselling or unplanned/extra charges. What we got on the first quote is what we paid. Really an excellent team knowledgeable in what will grow well in our arid climate, and how to maximize space no matter the size of the yard. We live in a new build community and think our yard is among the absolute nicest in the neighborhood!

Kevin and his crew were amazing, Kevin had great ideas in creating a great patio area in our front yard where we can watch the sunset. Kevin‘s ideas were great and he followed through with everything he had proposed and his pricing is very fair.The job was done in a very timely manner and we are enjoying our new patio. I would highly recommend him.
