I had an issue with my garbage disposal and I decided to go through my home warranty to get it fixed. When Jason called me to schedule an appointment for him to come take a look at it, he walked me through what he would do to address the issue. With his help over the phone, I was able to fix the garbage disposal myself, saving me the money that was due to my home warranty provider. I will be contacting Jason at Poseidon Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future!

The company is awesome! They are honest and fair with price for job, rendered. They are committed to getting the job done in a timely manner. The have excellent customer service skills. They also have great communication skills, when explaining the job they will be doing. I rate the company with "5".

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for their plumbing needs. Jason is upfront, honest and most of all cost friendly. We're beyond happy with the work that was done at our home. Jason did a phenomenal job. We had three issues which included 2 leaks and a broken toilet lid. He fixed all three perfectly and quickly. He was very pleasant to deal with and I’d recommend him to anyone. Thank you!!!

Hired to replace a water heater. The installer damaged walls and flooring transporting it through the house. They stated it would be repaired, but made excuses and delayed every time I called. Now they refuse to even answer. It’s been months with no resolve. Find a different company!!!

Dispatched to my home by AHS. One toilet tank would not fill with water and water on the floor in the laundry room. Was at my house 12 minutes and said maybe there was a small blockage that cleared itself. I fixed the toilet by changing the flapper and fill valve myself. The next day AHS sent out an appliance repair person and he found the leak in the laundry room was a defective hot water valve. Had to pay the AHS $125 charge twice to fix the problem. Had to wait 4 days for an appointment to spend 12 minutes and nothing was fixed.

Happy to take the job, I needed a professional to help me with my leak bathroom. Said they would come out, continously cancelled for 2 weeks until I finally had enough and cancelled the job all together. They don't have the respect to tell people theyre too busy for a job. So they'll string you along until its convenient for them, canceling only literally when the appointment is supposed to happen. Wouldn't recommend.
