I had Nance do some work for me in the past, ($2500) they installed a heater in my garage and did a great job. About 4 weeks ago I called to have a meter installed on my sprinkler system, he said he would be out to look at it. I called today to find out why no one ever came by or called, he laughed and said sorry about that. I asked him what was so funny and he said "well we have been busy" again I asked why is that funny, why is poor customer service funny? I asked him if I should find another plumber and he said yes! This is not the kind of company I want to do business with when they could care less about a existing customer needs and then think its funny?
Since things have picked up in the trade world Nance seems to think they are to busy to help an existing customer that has spent several thousand dollars on plumbing work with their company. I guess installing water heaters is all they want to do now! Very unprofessional management in place, do yourself a favor and pick someone else to handle your plumbing needs, these guys could care less!!

I had them replace a water heater. Their service was exceptional. Their price was far less than Home Depot. They take pride in their work and family businesses

Came out gave estimate. Estimate was fair. Had install. Guys did a great job. We're fast, and quaklity work. Would call again in a heartbeat.

Called about a leak in bathroom, said they couldnt make it until Thursday, said that was fine but sooner would be better. Took my phone number but no other information. When asked if they wanted to know where they would be coming, they said I guess that would be fine, but clearly had no intention of taking or wanting information. From one small business to another, how about some professionalism. I guess if you are so busy you can push people off, how about a referral to another business you trust!

Best service ever. We recently purchased a house in east Brighton and discovered a pinhole leak was causing serious damage. After calling 3 different plumbing companies, 1) wouldn't fix 2) couldn't fix it, 3) quoted me a fix within 48 hours @ $650-$700 . Karl at Bill Nance Plumbing sent his technicians out and had it fixed in less than one hour, for less than $100. The best service I've ever had, for any kind of repair. This is great, old school service, where the customer is still the priority...and you don't get jerked around. A big thanks to Karl and the Bill Nance Plumbing tech's, for a job well done.

If you are looking for a company that operates its business with honesty and integrity, look no further than Bill Nance Plumbing. This is the second time in the last couple of years that we needed to call a plumber and we could not be happier with the service we received. Our hot water heater started to leak so we needed a replacement quickly. I called the office at 7:00AM and by 10:00AM Nate was at my door. The price quoted on the phone was more than reasonable and the job was done quickly. I cannot recommend this company any more highly. If you need a plumber, I don't think you will be disappointed by the quality of the work and fairness of the pricing.

Have had them out twice and they've been great each time. Pricing is fair and the guys have been as friendly as you could hope for. I mean, I hope I don't need them again but will 1000% call them again if I need plumbing help.

We had a kitchen sink clog and weren't able to clear it ourselves. The tech was able to come out earlier than expected. He cleared to clog, installed a new garbage disposal all in a timely manner. The cost was very reasonable. Glad that we were able to support local business.

Integrity and honesty! Two values that prompted this review. Thought I needed a new water heater. Upon arrival, Nathan told me the water heater was good. The problem was a bad potable expansion tank and T&P relief valve.
He replaced those two things and did not try and push me to replace a perfectly good working water heater. Highly recommend this company. Too bad they do not serve east of metro area. We will not be able to use them in the future.

Called Bill Nance to replace our water heater, the job was done the next day, they arrived on time, work took less than 45 minutes to complete. I recently had an issue with a persistent smell coming from somewhere in our basement. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't locate the source of the smell. That's when I decided to call Bill Nance Plumbing and Heating.

Grayson from Bill Nance arrived promptly and performed a smoke test. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, he had the test running and identified the problem. It turned out to be a break in the main sewer vent pipe located in the upstairs bathroom, as well as a bad toilet seal. This was something I would have NEVER been able to find on my own.

Grayson worked efficiently and professionally. In just 15 minutes, he had removed the toilet, made a few clean cuts into the drywall, and pinpointed the break. After a quick trip to Home Depot for parts, he had everything repaired and the toilet reinstalled in just 20 minutes. The cuts in the drywall were clean and easy to patch.

I am thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Grayson and Bill Nance Plumbing and Heating. Their employees clearly take pride in their work and are well-treated, which reflects in the excellent service they provide. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

They have performed every plumbing service with incredible professionalism. They are responsive immediately when you call. They are honest about any work required assessment ever given and they are extremely reasonable price for the high quality of work delivered. Josh came out and gave us an estimate to replace our water heater with the tank style, as well as a tankless style. His prices were very competitive, and we scheduled the installation of the traditional tank style.
Nate was right on time the day of the appointment. He even called when they left their shop headed our way. He was very professional and they didn't waste any time. When done, he explained everything they had done along with advice on long-term care.
I would highly recommend Bill Nance Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. In my opinion you won't be disappointed.

I am extremely pleased with the tankless hot water heater that Josh Nance installed for me. He did not try to oversell me on size, and his price came in below the other estimates received. The customer service I received was outstanding. I will be using Nance Plumbing any time a plumbing need arises in the future.

I was practically having panic attacks over a break in the water line to the sprinklers - water coming in the basement through the drywall!!! Well, Bill Nance Plumbing to the rescue!!! Made an appointment for me a few days out. No trip charge (another company wanted $68 just to come out - with none of that applied to repair). They called within the window specified and were on time for the appointment. Very professional and got the issue fixed in a very short amount of time. I was STUNNED at how reasonable the repair was. Very, very pleased with the whole experience.

Nothing but great things to say! Had a huge issue with our plumbing throughout the whole house & these guys were on it. Not to mention we really appreciate the fact that these guys are 3rd generation & their quality of work shows.
