I hired this company to build a wall with a door, and do some electrical wiring. They were able to get the job done quickly, and as cost-effectively as possible. They were very responsive. The room looks just like the house came that way. You really can't tell a difference. The biggest thing I love about working with them is that after I had already paid them I noticed a couple of minor issues that I couldn't see because the light wasn't right. In the past I've had companies that I already paid for similar work ignore me or take forever to fix it (because they already got their money). That wasn't the case with these guys. They came out to fix it right away. I am grateful that I hired them.

Norman and crew did a great job. They vented and installed a range hood and did a really nice back splash for us. On time, on budget, on scope. As a project manager I can't ask for more.

Norman was phenomenal! He called me back on a holiday weekend had a leaking garbage disposal that needed replacement. He did the job within day and even came in at half the cost of a big name plumber. He was in constant contact with us. He is our new handyman go to for sure. I am already making my new list!

Norman came at the end of his day to fix our dishwasher. It looked like an easy fix, yet 2 hours later and minor adjustments to the incorrect installation of the dishwasher, he had it like new. We asked him to help us level our refrigerator, 45 minutes later it was done. Both jobs were completed with a smile and heartfelt need to help us out. We will be calling him for all other jobs we need done around our house and we definitely will be giving family and friends heads up that this is the business you want to use to do all your small and big jobs. I requested quotes for installation of a new gas cooktop from Angie's List and received only two responses. Norman from America's Best was the first to respond (within minutes of the request) and provided me with a reasonable quote. While awaiting the arrival of the cooktop, Norman stayed in contact on a routine basis to ensure that I got scheduled for the installation as soon as possible. When the cooktop was delivered on the morning of 19 September (a Saturday), I texted Norman to ask him to schedule the install. Norman called me within an hour and committed to installing the cooktop that afternoon. He and his Brother, Dave, arrived within minutes of the scheduled appointment time and did a great job installing the new cooktop. I was charged the quoted price, without additional fees. I am very satisfied with the quality of the service and would highly recommend America's Best for any home improvement task.

Norman and his crew were very professional and great to work with. They installed and island exhaust fan. It was a difficult project but it turned out much better than I expected. The install actually enhanced the look of the kitchen. They also replaced a few electrical switches. I was very pleased with the overall service. Norman was professional, provided suggestions on the hood and installation procedures and gave quotes at a reasonable rate. Norman and his brother did an amazing job removing an old stove top and oven range from my kitchen and installed a brand new one. When Norman was installing the new unit he found a safety issue with my old electrical hook up. He went to Home Depot to get the parts to redo the electrical hook up and fixed the issue for no extra cost. After the job was complete Norman followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend Norman to anyone looking to hire someone that does honest quality work.

I called Applewood plumbing to fix a plumbing problem they were asking over $700 which was five minutes of work and I had the parts also. applewood refused to use the part that I had. Norman and his crew were here on another project and volunteered to fix the plumbing problem for me in five minutes. Norman and his crew have done many projects for me in the past and have always been very efficient and their work is exceptional. I appreciate Everything that they have done for me. I recommend them Haile for any job you may have to improve your home.

Norman and his crew did excellent work on a complex project in my kitchen. Not only did they do high quality work on all the major items, they also showed attention to details on a lot of little things.

I needed my granite counter deepened and a new range installed. I also needed a vent hood installed with all new ducting and drywall work for it since my old range only had a downdraft. Most others I spoke to either wouldn't cut granite or didn't have a clear idea of what they would need to do for the new vent hood. Norman came over while I was waiting for the appliances, looked over the kitchen, gave me an excellent overview of the work involved and showed me tons of pictures of similar work they had done elsewhere.

We had a false start when my range arrived broken, and then the replacement arrived a few weeks later. Both times, Norman was able to schedule the work within a day or two.

Norman and his crew cut the counter and installed the range to perfection, accommodating a weird location of the power outlet in the process. They installed the vent hood and exhaust vent outside securely, making sure the height of the hood worked for both my wife and me and the location of the exhaust outside made sense.
The combo looks beautiful and it's not possible at all to tell these two appliances didn't always belong in the kitchen.

I was also really impressed that they took care of a lot of little things. Just a couple of examples of this:
* They covered the entire kitchen and the hardwood floors leading up to it, making sure to leave neither dust / debris nor scratches. The fine granite dust and sawdust would have been a nightmare if they hadn't been careful in the first place.
* They used a handheld lift instead of an appliance dolly to avoid any chance of damaging the stainless steel on the range.

I highly recommend America's best home improvement for their high quality work and professionalism. I'll be definitely be hiring them again for our next big project.
