General Contractor reviews in Broomfield, Colorado

I had a great experience with 5280 contracting. They arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained exactly what needed to be fixed without any technical jargon. The pricing was fair, and they left the workspace spotless. It’s hard to find a reliable electrician these days, so I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects

Originally I hired Mitch to finish our garage so I could see if I liked working with him and if I was comfortable with him, the process, the price and his work. Since then, Mitch and his team turned my useless basement into a beautiful space. They put up a tarp and something to protect my floor in high traffic areas. He gave a clear estimate. Then they tore down walls, rewired electrical, insulated, put up new walls, textured, painted, recommended a flooring person, and did all the light re-installation, electrical. I'm sure I missed something, but 5280 does it all. They show up to work every day they say they will. They communicate well, are comfortable people to be around and make sure to give my dog love. Highly recommend!

Easily the best, most skilled and most personable contractor we work with.

Great experience with Mitch. Highly recommend his services to anyone in need!

Would not recommend anyone else! Professional, clean, beautiful work!!!! Thank you I couldn't be more happy!!!! My deck is magazine worthy😎

Mitch and his crew crushed our outdoor sauna! Great attitude, fast and clean work. They listened to all of my Needs and opinions with no flack. 10 out of 10 would recommend to family, friends and anyone on here looking for renovations!

I’m so glad I went with 5280 contracting services for my new kitchen projects! Mitch is so communicative and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns! Couldn’t have asked for a better job! Well done gentleman!

5280 General Contracting Services made the whole process easy. They showed up, did great work, and didn’t overcomplicate anything. Communication was smooth, the crew was cool, and the results turned out exactly how I hoped.

No headaches, no surprises—just good work from start to finish. Would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone!

I can't really explain how lucky I am to have met Mitch and 5280 Contracting. He has saved my project time and time again, done it with a smile, on or under budget, and produced incredibly excellent work. A craftsman in the truest sense. He either does it all or knows who can. You can't go wrong by hiring Mitch! The best part is you might get to meet his dog Cooper too :D

As a flooring installer, I work with many different General Contractors, but 5280 contracting services is in a league of their own. Their commitment to attention to detail is evident from the moment we walk onto the job site.
Projects are always prepped correctly, which allows us to do our best work efficiently. Their communication is outstanding—we always know exactly what to expect, and as a result, the jobs stay on time and run incredibly smoothly. If you want a stress-free renovation, Mitch is the person to call

ICS has done multiple projects for me now, and they are always on time, competitively priced, and do the job correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My partner met their owner on our winter home remodel project and we chose to use them for our new agriculture facility. This team is incredible and helped bring our dream to life. The work they did for our high tech production facility, helping us bring a concept to reality in an industry that is so highly regulated was nothing short of a blessing. They were able to source alternative engineering and provide us with out of the box cost savings ideas that allowed us to stay within our budget.

Would highly recommend. They were amazing and would definitely hire again.

Very responsive! Did great work and was able to help out installing appliances quick. Thanks!

Very pleased with the service from Norman. Was able to complete our work the day after we called him. Will definitely call him again.

Very professional and quality work. Went above and beyond to install our refrigerator with custom work needed. Would recommend and utilize their services again in the future.

I’ve been working with this company for months now on many projects around the Brookfield area, and beyond. Very professional and attentive to our requests. They do very good work and our clients are quite happy with the outcome!

We hired Norman for a few different jobs and every single time he was prompt, friendly, and professional. We would definitely recommend him and we would hire him again 100%.

Norman and his team were fantastic to work with. They fixed a complicated duct that two other companies had messed up, and installed a vent hood. Everything came out great and they went above and beyond.

Norman just finished up a huge fence job for us and it looks incredible. Very flexible, friendly, and thorough. We recommend him to anyone who's in over their heads on a project, and will be calling him for other needs soon.

Being a first time homeowner can be scary not knowing what could be wrong with in new house a friend recommended Norman I called him and he was able to come the same day. I was so relieved he found the problem, he made me feel like family you can tell he cares he explain what was going on. I will truly be recommending him to my friends and family.
