We own a condo in Boulder that takes a beating by tenants every year. The past few years we have been displeased with multiple companies, so we found Altitude for this year and wow! They did an incredible job, we were completely blown away with the results, and the pricing happened to be slightly lower than the last two years. Altitude Carpet Care is deserving of six stars if there was such a rating! Chris Eisen, the tech who showed up to do the job, was amazing. It was like having an old friend over. He was very conscientious, placing corner guards along the walls to avoid leaving marks with all the hoses and equipment. Also - small bits of plastic sheeting under the wooden legs of my coffee table so they wouldn't get wet (I never would've thought of that).

He took his time in order to do a good job, rather than rushing through to get to the next job. Stains I thought would never come out are gone, and I have a very light gray colored carpet. For extra tough spots, he pulled out some tricks from his toolbox of experience and erased them as if they were never there (I tried all the store brands without success, but he made it look easy!). Easy to work with in scheduling, and he finished in a very reasonable amount of time so we struck up a conversation and he's very easy to relate to as a person. An overall good guy, very fair pricing, and completely non-intrusive. I'd recommend Altitude Carpet Care to anyone and everyone in his service area!

Altitude Carpet Care did an exceptional job cleaning my carpet! I've used other professional companies; this one is the best! I even rented a machine once and tried cleaning my carpet myself. I prefer scheduling Altitude Carpet Care in the future.
