Travis was great. Performed regularly scheduled maintenance on heat pump and installed surge protector. Travis did a great job explaining everything to us. So glad we went with Kappler Mechanical for our heat pump.

Ulises Felipe from Kappler Mechanical was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. He instructed us on our Mitsubishi mini-split system, answered our questions, and explained everything he did. He gave us his full time and attention. He recommended and took a conservative approach to our issue with a leak, starting with potential causes for which there are simple, inexpensive steps to resolve the problem. These steps should work, and our bill was reasonable. We appreciated all of this, and now even plan to explore future HVAC improvements to our home with Kappler.
