I live in prairie center and Vargas does our community landscaping/maintenance needs. You can tell the employees that work for the company don’t take pride in their job or work. When they come to mow, they leave all the clippings at the fence line. Like another person who left a review, they don’t edge and just mow so it blows weeds right onto your property every year. There has also been a dead goose for about a month now that they just keep landscaping around. If you’re also walking with your family or driving by, they do not stop working to allow you to pass without being hit by the clippings. Toss up of our HOA not knowing how bad it’s been and the business seeming like it doesn’t care about its work.
