Carolyn was knowledgeable, proactive, and took the time to really walk through the health of our trees and what they need—especially with the dry conditions we’ve been dealing with. Overall, a great experience, and I feel much more confident about the health of our trees and the services they will need going forward. Highly recommend.

I had Joshua Tree Experts out again for the 3rd time for more downed trees and again they exceeded expectations. They arrived on time, were efficient and as usual completed the task and left no trace. If you need arborists, give these guys a chance. You won’t regret it.

I had such a great experience with Joshua Tree Services! Carolyn and her crew came out to remove our ash tree, and I was honestly so impressed from start to finish. It was refreshing to see a woman leading the job—she clearly knows what she’s doing, and the team worked efficiently and professionally.

They took the tree down quickly and safely, and what really stood out to me was the cleanup. They didn’t just haul everything away—they left our yard looking better than it did before they arrived. No debris, no mess, just a clean, refreshed space.

The company estimator did a great job taking all factors in consideration and providing a very fair estimate. The work team arrived on time and got right to work. They were considerate of where they parked their truck and chipper in a very tight cul de sac so as to avoid blocking neighbors' driveways. They surveyed the narrow work area to minimize/avoid damaging structures and vegetation. They efficiently and carefully took down and removed a very tall tree and cleaned up after themselves. In short: Very professional. I would definitely hire this company again and I recommend them highly.

Carolyn was amazing! Our tree was damaged from the snow and she promptly sent a crew out to trim the broken branches that were hanging dangerously over the street. My husband and I were so impressed with the work the crew did today in our back yard. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job! From the very beginning, Carolyn was incredibly helpful, walking me through the entire process, educating me along the way, and maintaining great communication throughout. When Chuck and Tatum arrived to get to work, nothing but a fantastic experience. Very happy I went with them, and will for sure utilize them again when that time comes!

Driver nearly put me into the wall off of 36th getting onto I 70 Westbound. If this is how they drive, I will not use them for any other service.
