Great service, always there for me when I need them

The technician that came to my house was friendly and new his stuff. The price was fair and the service was excellent.

Charged me $59 to give me an estimate. The estimate was 3 to 4 times higher than the other 3 estimates from Canon City electricians. Those electricians did not charge for their estimates. I would be wary of this contractor. I think they thought they could take advantage of me or they really didn't want the work, just the estimate fee.

Paid them 300 for just showing up and then they came back to try again after 2 tech's failed to fix it. They came back the 3rd time free of charge because they can't do their jobs correctly. The tech then broke my igniter which was a 70 dollar part I paid for. Then they wouldn't refund the money because they offered to fix it for 300 dollars, but they broke it ?? Terrible company terrible tech's. I'm pretty disappointed that they broke my part and refuse to fix it or refund my money back. If I could give no stars that would still be to high for them. Don't use these lying thieves

Made an appt a month and half out. The day and time comes, does not show and no call. I call Justin, he totally forgot, and said they were called to another job. He really did not seem to care.

The total job was done professionally and on time. They installed a sub panel with 15 breakers and ran all new baseboard heat in an 1899 house. I was pleased! Thank you!

I would not do business with Territory Electric, they will do what they want, when they want, and how they want without your permission, a signed contract, or how you want it done. Very very disappointed on how they left my property trenched where I didn't want it and not willing to fix the problem after telling the sheriff that they would.

It is absolutely wonderful to have a company that prides itself on taking care of its customers. They have come to my home several times and helped with both large and small projects. I would recommend them for any electrical issues you may have. Their skills and courtesy will always keep me as a customer. Thank you for all your jobs well done.

We cannot say enough positive things about Justin and Territory Electric. We had what we were afraid might have been an electrical emergency at our rental house. He got there right away, and after checking everything was able to assure us everything was safe, just a short in the range. Not the first time we have used Territory Electric, and it will NOT be the last. Wholehearted endorsement!
