CLR installed a new evaporative cooler this Spring to replace another 25 year old one. The installation was well done and we are pleased with the results. For the winter season and the following years, I will have them do the seasonal shutdown and startup which will relieve me from climbing a ladder in my senior years. They are dependable and I highly recommend them for your installation.

needed to have thermostat replaced . Service was timely and courteous. two trips to get the correct thermostat but I am extremely pleased and will continue to use CLR Heating for all my heating and cooling maintenance /repairs.

I called to have my HVAC winterized. He came out the next day & was friendly & since I didn't go up on the roof, I presume he did what he was supposed to do.

When I called CLR I assumed it would be a couple of days before they would arrive but instead it was within a couple of hours. The person was amazingly nice, polite and even took a couple of minutes to talk to my little girl. Within an hour my problem was fixed, Thank you CLR.

I was gonna give lower stars because after waiting months for our scheduled appointment (I began getting quotes in March and my appointment was for June 23) to replace our very old swamp cooler. CRL canceled due to staff calling in sick. I felt nervous since I’d already paid half down 3 months earlier and it was concerning that staff did not show up to work. Today they arrived on time and spent the better part of the day wrestling out the old rusted swamp cooler and replacing it with a new one. The workers were polite, efficient, and seemed to know what they were doing Despite extra work to remove a rusted out swamp cooler that the screws were stripped/rusted out and having to build a new metal well to place the new swamp cooler in, they did not charge anymore than the original quote. CRL came through and was professional, and they deserved five stars despite the glitches
