AirTech is responsive, professional, detailed and VERY fairly priced. The owner Tim, along with his CREW, gives honest estimates, and will not sell you what you don't need. I had an ancient furnace which he replaced, along with installing A/C for the first time. The job was complicated because of the age of the system, requiring an electrical upgrade as well. It took multiple days, and each day the work site was left very clean. He helped with warranty setup and we passed inspection with zero problems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Tim was our second call after our furnace decided to stop heating randomly in October.

The first company came out, spent a few minutes poking around and told us we needed a new furnace right that very minute. Their high quote and speed to tell us we needed a replacement concerned my husband and I.

After a referral from a coworker, Tim came out and took my husband through what he saw with the furnace and was able to diagnose a $40 part replacement that would get us running again. He was honest and let us know that the age of our furnace meant a replacement was near, but his quote was almost half the cost of the other company.

When the time came to have our furnace replaced, Tim and his assistant did it inside of a day with all permitting and inspections scheduled by him. I couldn't be more grateful for his amazing work, his incredibly fair pricing, and his kindness. He's great at his job and a really good guy, too.
