Charlie by referral from my electrician, jumped in to help us get electrical primary service design drawings and engineering done for a 5 unit apartment building in Denver. This 1956 building which we recently purchased had non compliant electrical service & panels. Our Insurance would not underwrite the new policy without full replacement. Time was of the essence. Charlie's design approach to the project was efficient and minimalist=cost effective, while ensuring code compliance. He did the drawings quickly and coordinated with the Architect on panel placement. He managed the whole permit review and approval process with the City & County of Denver Community Planning and Development. I highly recommend Charlie.
