Our experience with Courtesy Plumbing and Heating, especially with our plumber Tom Richardson was excellent. We called around 8:30 am and he was at our door before 10:00 that morning. He replaced our leaking water heater within just a couple of hours (included having a new one sent to our house). He also replaced our expansion tank and replaced a petcock valve with a 1/4 turn one. Tom was very knowledgeable, honest and polite.

First time using Courtesy. We had a backed up sink and some overflowing. Derek cam out within a few hours. He explained what the issue was, and fixed it within an hour. He was very professional... he also told us why we had the problem and gave us some suggestions to avoid the problem in the future. We were very satisfied with the company and Derek was great. We will call them again if we need plumbing services.

They were able to come same day when our furnace wasn’t working during negative temperatures but did not attempt to fix our furnace. We were told that a full service was needed and they couldn’t come back for 4 days. I called another company, they came the same day and were able to get our furnace working to get us through until a full service could be completed. The quote for a full service was $900 dollars while we were quoted under $300 by our second call. Would not recommend this company, seemed unwilling to help with the emergency we were having.
