Jerry came by and began automatically dissecting the right way to get the old hot water heater out. Also he saw the gas line needed replacement due to rusting and increased the size of the exhaust piping to ensure code enforcement. Keep me apprised along the way of all actions he took and made us feel apart of the process. Allen and Sons is who you should be doing business with.

Had a great experience and would call them back again as my first choice. They fixed a broken valve that led to a pipe outside causing a split for our sprinkler system. Reasonably (and better) pricing compared to others we have worked with.

Great locally owned business! Woke up this morning to find the hot water heater was out. I put in a contact form and the owner was on my phone just after 7 a.m. and my new water heater was installed by 1 p.m.

Clayton and team are fantastic and very knowledgeable. They installed a tankless water heater for me pretty last minute since my water heater had broke. Very reasonable price. I noticed something wasn’t quite right and Clayton came back multiple times with no issue to ensure the water heater was working as expected. He knows what he is doing and willing to try many different methods to fix an issue. The company treats their customers with care and understanding.

Came out and fixed another company's screwup. Everything was quick, professional, smooth. You would think we were trenching through a minefield the way the previous company acted; these guys made it all the way out to Commerce City and had us sorted in 2-3 days.

Repairs on the office bathrooms sounded like we needed to break up concrete, replace piping and flooring, whole 9 yards. Allen and Sons had a much better solution that they knocked out in 2 hours without tearing anything up.

When we had an emergency situation, Owner Clayton went above and beyond, and quickly rescheduled things so his brother Caleb could come two days earlier than originally planned. That kind of flexibility and dedication to their customers is rare and so appreciated.
Caleb and Alex showed up on time even though they had to drive more than 90 minutes in the snow, and were ready to tackle the job. They worked all day, installing a new boiler in freezing conditions, and did so with nothing but a great attitude, friendly personalities, and a clear commitment to getting the job done right. They were incredibly thorough and came the day before to ensure they had all the necessary parts, since their supplier was closed on Saturday. When an unexpected issue popped up, they cheerfully went to Home Depot to get the additional parts needed.

Prompt and honest. I had a leak with my water heater that only required a tightening of a bolt. He was very fair with his charge. He even looked at my oven. Highly recommend.

I called Allen & Sons late one afternoon, regarding a burst hot water pipe, and they were able to get a plumber out the next day. (I was able to turn the water, annd gas off.)Wayne, the plumber was able to come earlier than promised, and was extremely personable, and professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, and got the pipe replaced very quickly, The actual invoice was a bit less than the estimate, and he went above and beyond, to make sure not only the hot water heater was re-booted, but also the furnace, after he turned the gas back on. I would highly recommend this company!

Allen and Sons has been my go to for all things plumbing. I have needed their services several times whilst in the process of finishing my basement. They have helped to transform an empty space in my basement into a fully functioning 3-piece bathroom. There were challenges along the way but they were easily able to problem solve the situation and come up with the most efficient solution. We used Allen and Son for a major renovation on a garage apartment behind out house. They removed all of the old electrical and plumbing and installed all new, up to code. In addition they cleaned out the old air duct system. Their team was great at working around all of the other contractors involved. Everyone was professional, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. We will always use them in the future!

I woke up to a leaking water heater with no hot water frantic because not only could I not take a shower but I just put my house on the market. I was so blessed when Alexis answered the phone, listened to my sob story of a woman living on her own with a small budget trying to sell a house. She was friendly, caring, compassionate and went above and beyond to get a tech out immediately.Jason arrived within 30 minutes. He was kind,professional and told me I needed a new water heater. They worked out a plan to get me a new one that day. The team worked with me and my realtor to make sure I was OK and calmed my frantic nerves. They were a God sent. I know this is a long review but they deserve everyone's business. The 3 men came to install it immediately. They were fast, worked hard, and had the greatest personalities. Horrible experience!! My client needed 4 things fixed from an inspection report when selling their home. Allen & Sons claimed to have fixed all of them, but 3 of the 4 had additional issues once they said they were done. When my clients reached out, Allen & Sons would not fix the additional issues. (The house was unoccupied). For 1 of them they quoted an additional $350-$550 to either fix or replace a certain part. We had another plumber check it out and he fixed it in less than 10 mins for under $40. The owner spoke to my client and was EXTREMELY confrontational. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. Allen & Sons have caused so much unnecessary stress. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Had a new water heater and AC system installed. Service was very professional, prompt and efficient. The work done by Mike and his team was excellent. They described what needed to be done and how they would approach it. Took us through the completed installation and thoroughly explained all the features. They also made some fixes to furnace and drainage fixtures which were done by another company. Their pricing was very reasonable.
