An amazing company with very reasonable prices and incredibly knowledgeable and kind staff. We had Jeff come and replace multiple light fixtures and several dead outlets and he had it knocked out in no time. Would recommend these folks in a heartbeat!

Jeff Hazden did a great job and was punctual, very knowledgeable and explained everything I asked him (which was a lot). I also met the owner John ? who was as great as Jeff.

Jeff has been to my home twice and both times my experience was stellar. He is obviously a very competent electrician. Today he changed out old ceiling light fixtures for modern ones and put a dimmer on both. Very clean professional work. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Chris came on time and gave me an accurate quote. He came the next day and discovered we had ordered the wrong extension pole so we scheduled the completion of the work for a few weeks out and both he and John came out and got 2 ceiling fans in which were 18 feet up and a third one in the office that wasn't wired for a fan. They even put the upper blinds down that I wasn't able to do from the floor. I made them homemade burritos for lunch.Thanks for going the extra mile and making sure everything was up and running as it should and thanks Chris for being patient with us and finding the correct extension to go with the fan and waiting for it to come and not charging more money for the extra trip here. Great job of figuring out how to make extension pole work because manufacturer didn't ship everything needed. These guys will definitely do their homework to get you everything you need for the job and get it done right in a timely manner. They take pride in their work and were very careful not to hit any walls with their 14 foot ladder that they had to bring in to get the fan installed. Chris did a great job of cleaning up the mess from having to put a metal box on the one side as it wasn't properly supported for the weight of the fan so had to put in a different box. Not only did he find the cause and fixed it but then proceeded to re-do a full electrical inspection to ensure that there were no other potential issues. Called Torq and Jeff was here to give an estimate in 30 min! I said ok and he started work on my electrical box and meter an hour later! My power was out since Wed night due to wind storm. He came back today, Sat, at 7am and finished the complicated job by 1pm! I have heat!
