Robert helped us repair a major issue that was caused by another electrician that "fixed" an issue before we purchased our home. We have copper wiring and a very old panel. We also had a recalled sub panel that was bypassed incorrectly which left our basement wired directly to the meter, and the aluminum pig tailing was done incorrectly. Both repairs made the situation more dangerous than if left alone. Robert was fantastic at describing the entire situation and providing thorough details of all of our options and prices for each so we could make an educated decision. Mr Electric and Robert are very knowledgeable, honest, and experienced and operate with integrity. Robert was very communicative the entire 3 days it took to do everything and friendly as well. He did AMAZING work and we will use them again in the future for planned projects.

Jose with Mr. Electric was amazing. He presented us with a fair and honest quote. They were able to start the work quickly and did an amazing job. We had an electrical panel upgrade to support a hot tub and perhaps a future charging station for an EV. He replaced our existing panel and grounded it and installed whole house surge protection. He also had to replace our meter to bring in the required service. He had to drill through our garage and run the ground to our water intake in the basement. This required fishing the copper through the basement ceiling. He left everything clean and tidy. Sadly the weather was horrible but he got it done. Thank you Jose!

The quote they gave was just as cheap as the other bids I got, but Mr. Electric's bid included a warranty, unlike the others. I was able to get the job scheduled right away. The workers showed up when expected and did a great job and did it quickly. I'm very pleased with how the work turned out and would 100% use them again.

Zach Salazar did an outstanding job for us.Not Only replaced a GFI that was bad but another outlet that he found in the whole house inspection that was causing the GFI to go bad. Did an outstanding job explaining everything and I would definitely want to have him come back to do work for me. I would recommend this company and technician.

Zack Salazar and his apprentice did fantastic work. They updated my main breaker panel from 150 to 200 Amp, installed a level 2 universal Tesla charger, and also a few Dyson vacuum outlets in my new home. I couldn’t be happier. I needed to have an electric panel replaced for insurance purposes Everyone in the office and the guys who came to my house were very professional and easy to work with. They had excellent communication with me throughout the job and the work was completed in a timely manner (I had a deadline) and was cost efficient.

I especially appreciated the extra service that Zack did as a courtesy for free. When he came to give me a bid on the job he went through the whole house to check for faulty wiring and fixed a couple of minor things.

Robert was simply awesome. From the get go, my husband and I felt like we could really trust him. He conveyed that he sincerely cared about doing quality work, and for a reasonable price. And he did just that! He put in new wiring for and installed our new chandelier, and his work was meticulous! We can’t recommend him enough!

The service and service technician were five out of five stars. So if I'm just reading the technician and the quality of work I would give it five stars.

The only bad thing was the value portion of it. The work done was basically handling an issue with a circuit breaker tripping. The technician was extremely intelligent and figured out that I did not need a new breaker or breaker box, He just shifted some wiring from one outlet to another outlet that he installed On the other side of a wall less than 2 feet t away.He cut through drywall and did an excellent job of doing it cleanly so I can have it easily repair later. It took about an hour and a half which I was thrilled with. But he said he was still gonna charge me $545.26.

I don't know how much they charge for outlets and what wiring he might have needed to change but the labor park equals out to somewhere around

$330/hour.

So I would give this business one star on value five stars on the technician on the service they provided and so I just averaged it out to a three.
