This is our third cleaning with Rob's company Fiberclean since 2016. I originally found him on Angie's list and I have been completely satisfied with the finished product each time. He takes extreme personal pride in his work and we always feel like we are being well taken care of. He has always way exceeded our expectations. Lately, we have been fostering dogs and have a few pet urine stains that I couldn't remove myself. I hired a friend of a friend to do an intermim cleaning and it was way below what I had come to expect from Rob. A few months later, I knew that I had to get Rob back in to do the job right. He is a consummate professional and was able to get us in on short notice right before we had company company for Memorial Day Weekend.

We have used Fiber Clean many times over the past several years for whole house carpet cleaning and spot cleaning. Our carpet has to deal with a lot from pet stains to kid’s “art projects.” Rob is very professional and straightforward. If something can or can’t be cleaned he always lets us know beforehand. I’m amazed at some of the stains he has made disappear. We happily recommend him to our friends.

We have use this service for 20 years. We have several pets, and I’ve gotten very good service and clean carpets. Every time we’ve asked Rob to come out pricing seems very competitive, and we appreciate his responsiveness.

Best thing about Rob is he is a really nice guy. Did a great job. Had about 750 sq feet. Carpet was in good condition. Six years old. He said we had taken good care of it. He was very prompt. Measured rooms off and gave me a price. I was happy with it and he went right to work. Would definitely call him again and would recommend.

I have used Fiber Clean for a number of years and lots of carpets. Rob is always fair in his pricing and his evaluation of what's possible-clean or replace. Today he helped eliminate an ink stain from my dog (who chewed on a pen) and reduced the dirt stains on the stairs leading to the lower level. They all look so much better.
