I'm very satisfied with Gutter Helmet. It is the best choice for me living in a heavily forested area populated with spruce trees. Brock (salesman), the office staff, and especially Diego (installer) were all very friendly, polite and professional. Great product, great people! Highly rated!

Gutter Helmet was fast and professional installing a heating element into our gutters to prevent ice buildup on our front steps . Jimmie Keas was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They did an excellent job and we wouldn’t hesitate recommending them !

Great job. Have large pine trees on one side of my home and the gutters kept filling up with needles. After researching various products, this one works the best as the sharp ends of needles would get stuck in a mesh product and if a branch falls off in a storm and damages the product, only have to replace a small segment of the gutter helmet vs. a whole length of gutter. Their service was excellent from quote to installation and the install guys were nice, fast and covid safe.

I HATE cleaning my gutters and I live with a ton of pine trees so it's a necessary thing. The previous owner installed some sort of grate gutter protection thing and all it did was catch EVERY pine needle. I called Gutter Helmet and could not be happier. The entire process start to finish was so easy, the install team was great and every day I pull into my driveway and admire my very clean gutters. Best decision I ever made, I'm just mad I didn't do this sooner!

Gutter Helmet installed new gutters on my home two years ago. A month ago, an Amazon driver backed his high top ban into the gutter, ruining several feet. I called Gutter Helmet to repair, they got my material ordered and installed very quickly, and the repair looks as good as new. The crew was friendly and wasted no time getting the job done. I wholeheartedly recommend Gutter Helmet for your gutter needs!

I have had a gutter helmet for 20 years. It has worked as advertised. This spring, the gutter on the northeast corner of my house, 3 stories high started leaking. Zachary came out 2 days after I called. He climbed up to the roof and found a wasp nest in the gutter. He had to kill the wasps and then extracted the nest. No charge. Problem solved. Wow!

We had Gutter Helmet installed a few months ago are very happy we did. We have a lot of trees and get a lot of wind and found ourselves on the roof cleaning the gutters multiple times a year and each time they were clogged and full. Gutter helmet came out for an estimate, explained the process and gave us a quote while here so we could discuss. Once we set our appointment the installers were prompt, efficient and friendly. I have zero complaints and would recommend Gutter Helmet to anyone!

Desiree, the Operational Manager, of Gutter Helmet of Denver has always done a fabulous job on all of our needs and again took care of us again from Gutter Helmet of Denver. Diego also did a great job removing our Gutter Helmet off our roof before we had all new seamless gutters, down spouts and extensions put on our house by Gutter Helmet of Denver by Mario and his crew who did a great job. Tomorrow we will have the Gutter Helmet put back on our new seamless gutters that are now on our roof and Helmet Heat Cables on the two gutters facing North where there is not much sun . These two heat cables will keep these two gutters on the North side of the house from freezing in cold rainy and snowy weather. Diego will do this tomorrow and we know he’ll do a fantastic job too! We highly recommend Gutter Helmet of Denver for all of your needs!

I want to convey my extreme disappointment with Gutter Helmet of Greater Denver who improperly installed the Gutter Helmet product at my home. The improper installation of the Gutter Helmet system caused internal and external damage to my home costing thousands of dollars in repairs. I asked Gutter Helmet of Greater Denver to inspect the area but they were unable to determine the cause of the leak as they are "not professional roofers" and said they would have to come back at a later time. Unfortunately, with the amount of precipitation during that time, I did not have time to wait so I had a professional roofing company inspect the area. They documented that the leak was a direct result of the Gutter Helmet installation completed by Gutter Helmet of Greater Denver. I contacted Gutter Helmet of Greater Denver multiple times asking them to either repair the damages or provide reasonable compensation for the damage and they refused to do either and denied any responsibility. I had to get a third party involved in order to get some compensation because the “best” resolution I received from Gutter Helmet of Greater Denver was a $250 check which accounted for less than 5% of the total costs in damages.

Gutter Helmet of Greater Denver failed to adhere to the Gutter Helmet warranty which states “it is the responsibility of the installing dealer to assure the Gutter Helmet system performs as designed and has been properly attached to your home without damaging the integrity of the structure.” Gutter Helmet of Greater Denver did not install the system properly and thus caused extensive damage to the structure. They denied any responsibility for their mistake and refused to provide any reasonable resolutions. Everyone makes mistakes but what sets a great company apart from a poor one is being able to own up to your mistakes and do what needs to be done to correct them.

I HIGHLY suggest anyone considering the Gutter Helmet system seek out a different product and completely AVOID having any work done by Gutter Helmet of Greater Denver.

Terrible service - will never ever hire them again. They confirm their crew is coming the day before and then 10 minutes before they are supposed to be at your home to clean - they cancel. This has happened more than a few times - they are inconsistent with their cleaning services depending on who actually shows up at your home and, you cannot depend upon them to show up - which can leave you in a real situation if you are counting on them. I have found another company that has proven to be reliable and consistent - something that is a must when you have a service company come into your home.

They are very reliable and flexible. I'm not on a regular schedule and call as needed with them and they can usually come out within 1-2 days. Prices are affordable. I have dogs and they are very careful about not leaving doors open, etc...

I have hired this group to come out every two weeks. In the beginning they were great. The last time they came out I was out of town. I wanted them to clean while I was out so that I could come home to a clean home. I had a neighbor helping with the dogs at the same time and somewhere during it all a cat made it in the house that shouldn't have and messed all over the basement.

My husband made it back into town before me and check in on the cleaning the SAME DAY THE CLEANING WAS DONE. He went down to the basement and he said it looked like a cat made it in and had diarrhea all over the floor. He said it was dried up and looked to have been there for a few days. Thank goodness the floor is concrete and not carpet! He also noted that the kids beds were made.

It appeared that the cleaners made the beds but did not clean up the cat mess. The cleaners never called or even tried to reach us to let us know there was a problem.

The cleaners called me today to let me know that they would be back out tomorrow. I asked them about the situation and they admitted that there was a problem and they even took pictures of it but decided not to clean it up. I told them that they were my cleaners. I was told they don't clean up messes like that. No one wants to clean up a mess and especially a cat poop mess but I hired them to come clean and they did not perform.

If they had let me in on the situation instead of ignoring it this would have been a different story. I am now looking for a new cleaner.
