We started using Vanguard Cleaning early this year. They have been great to work with. If we need to communicate anything to them, the supervisors respond quickly and follow up to ensure that the work is taken care of. One of the supervisors stops by every so often to see how things are going as well. Jason Barrett, the regional director, is also responsive to our needs.

We have been working with Vanguard since October 2018 and they have done a great job cleaning our Church. They took so much stress off us for all our cleaning needs. If you have a question or concern they get back to you right away. If we need extra services to get ready for a big event, they will take care of any needs we have. We are super happy, and You won’t go wrong with Vanguard as your cleaning service. We are comfortable with and trust their employees to care for our church as much as we do.

We switched to Vanguard 3 months ago and they have done a great job cleaning our office. It is nice to come in on Monday and not have to worry about what was missed or didn't get cleaned. We finally are getting what we pay from our cleaning service. They are consistent and reliable and if I need to correspond with our cleaning team they get back to me right away and follow up to make sure we are satisfied. I would recommend Vanguard to anyone that has been with the large franchisee companies and had bad experiences before. They ARE different and you can tell the employees take pride in their work and want to work there long term.

Thieves. If you have them come to your house make sure you have video surveillance of your entire house to prove when your stuff is stolen.

Arrived late. Charged me for 3 hours and there is NO WAY they were there 3 hours. I asked for a move out clean and had to personally go back and finish the interior and top of fridge, kitchen back splash by the stove, inside of the oven doesn't look like it was even touched (I ran 2 self cleaning cycles so it should've been pretty easy to clean). Smells like they used dirty rags. Don't pay with a Credit Card! They keep hard copies of your information and then CHARGE YOU AGAIN weeks later!

Overall bad experience. House not cleaned well. The crew did come back to address some of the issues that were raised after the initial cleaning, but did not address satisfactorily.

I mentioned that maybe there was a miscommunication due to a language barrier, both of the crew members did not speak English and I do not speak Spanish. I suggested that maybe a supervisor that spoke English could come out to look over the work and make sure our concerns were clearly communicated. This prompted accusations of racism by the owner.

Even more bizarre, after the initial cleaning we noticed some unlocked windows. Admittedly they could have been left unlocked prior to their arrival. After they left the first time we locked all the windows in the house. After the crew came back the second to try to address our concerns, some of the windows that were locked were unlocked again.

From the owner when I said that that her interaction with a customer was unprofessional:
"I don't think I said something unprofessional.
You are the one been rude to me. First you asked for someone that speaks English that is races to me. Second you have called me unprofessional and been un respectful.
I don't what to get e

If I received another text message from you I gonna report you to the authorities. This is harassment. Thank you "

They were on time and did a great job! I had already cleaned quite a bit and had them come for a clean for house showing. They deep cleaned and my house smells amazing! We have a dog and cat and you can't even tell that animals have ever lived in our house.

I am unhappy with the house cleaning service from Faith Cleaning. The owner, Emma S, charged 5 hours of cleaning service for a 4 BR 3.5 BA (2000 sf) house. Note that the house was vacant and the entire house was freshly painted from ceiling to the baseboard. So, no cleaning nor dusting needed in the walls, ceilings, windows nor baseboard. The carpet was even shampooed and cleaned with a professional machine. It is basically vacuuming 2000sf house + cleaning kitchen + 3.5 bathrooms. The basement bathroom was not even being used. In fact, Faith Cleaning had cleaned this house before, that was even before repainting, it took them only 3 hours. I can even accept 4 hours due to different cleaning crew or maybe the appliance was dirty. So, it is hard to believe it took 5 hours to clean this house. It is either the cleaning crew was extremely slow in cleaning, or overcharging customers the number of hours of cleaning.

Emma's crew did a great job on a house we were trying to get ready to sell. there were some problem areas from the previous owner and she made them look like new. We are from out of town, so we met with her once, and she did the rest. Thanks Emma.

Irma and Erika did awesome cleaning and are so respectful and friendly. I have had them twice and a few others the other times and they are all amazing. The owner is also kind and helpful and very good at her job. She is very attentive to detail and will make sure your cleaners are there on time and do 110%! Highly recommend faith cleaning!!

Oh my goodness! The crew from Faith cleaning made my home look brand new. I called Emma in a panic. I needed crew to come in 2 days. No problem. It was a huge job. No problem. I am going to use their weekly service going forward 😍
