Amanda is the one who set us up with services. Once she set us up I thought we would never see her again. However, that wasn't the case. Amanda checks up on us about once a week to make sure everything is going well and is on track with what we expect.

Accurate Janitorial came to our rescue. The previous janitorial service just was not doing their job and we were in need of a good cleaning company. After bidding out with four companies we decided on Accurate. They make business sense. They stand behind what they represent and continue to be professional and attentive. Regularly scheduled walk-throughs are what helps this company stay on top of a difficult task of keeping a building maintained. This company is top notch from the owner on through to the crew.

Accurate Janitorial is a great janitorial company. We have 5 locations with a day porter at 1 location and evening cleaning at all 5 locations and Accurate is able to manage that wonderfully! Their people do a great job cleaning and are very willing to be flexible with the different types of cleaning tasks that we need. I like that Scott or Chris check in regularly with us to see how their team is doing and listen to feedback that we give. I would highly recommend them for all of your janitorial needs.

Scott and his staff does a great job in our building. They are always on top of things and when I do contact them, they respond immediately. Last week our office was flooded due to the storm and they took care of our office like it was theirs. Scott communicated with us everyday the status of our office. Great customer service!

We use Accurate for a nightly cleaning for our small business, and they've been a pleasure to work with. The team came by before we began working with them to make sure that they had a good idea of the scope of work we were looking for. They come in after hours every night - clean, mop, run trash and recycling, and lock back up. They're work has always been spot on and they're a breeze to do business with.

Accurate has been maintaining our dealership for years. Recently, our liaison transferred to a different location, and our common refrigerator hadn't been cleaned for months. When I asked Accurate if that was a service they could provide, I was told they would do it that night at no extra charge. When I came in this morning, the entire common kitchen was clean and the refrigerator was sparkling. I was so impressed at the quality of work done at no extra charge. I highly recommend Accurate Building Maintenance!
