The communication was excellent, even despite a few scheduling conflicts, they still showed up when I needed, and completed a thorough job in the amount of time I had! I will be using CR Maids again in my future!

The cleaner that came was absolutely amazing! She worked quickly and thoroughly and it looked fantastic at the end! Would recommend this service to anyone. The price felt very fair as well.

CRMaids has been wonderful over the last year. Even when I did have issues, they were quick to make corrections. Their providers do a really good job and are very attentive!

For the amount of money I paid for my first cleaning I can say I am not overly thrilled. Maybe my condo didn't need a professional cleaning job..My stairs were not vacuumed which they see the most foot traffic. She did do a good job cleaning out my fridge and freezer.

Fabulous job done tonight on my house. I am thrilled at the level of detailed cleaning that went down in each room of the house. Shocked to find my make up container fully cleaned of all make up powder that I spilled. Will definitely use CR Maids again for all of my cleaning needs.

I had an appointment for cleaning at with a different service but due to some last minute plans, I needed someone same-day. I called over a dozen cleaning services and most of the places I called didn’t even answer. However, I was able to get ahold of this place and Roxanne promptly got a quote pulled up and an appointment set for that afternoon! Allyse arrived within a few hours and did a wonderful job. Professional and friendly! I now have recurring cleanings set up.
Another nice thing is the online portal. Communication is great. I received updates and follow-ups as needed. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for professional and reasonably priced cleaning.

CR Maids came to our house and did way more than we anticipated. They were professional and thorough and totally made my house sparkle like it hasn't for a while. If I could give a "0" I would. This company is completely unorganized, unprofessional and a fraud shell of a company. I wish I would have done more research before I wasted my time. It is not a BBB Accredited company and the yelp reviews reflect just as bad experience as I had dealing with this company.

I needed a next day deep clean for a move out that had to be done the next day. Set up my appointment with the owner Karina Cohen. Since I have some breathing concerns and chemicals only irritated my breathing. I went against my better judgement as per their requested policy and paid for services prior to them even starting the job. BOY THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE...

On the day of cleaning (2) little to no English speaking maids arrived and stood around talking and texting on their phones. My son alerted me to the fact that they was not doing anything. I went as asked them " what are you doing?" I am on a time restraint we need to get started as the job is already paid for. One of the ladies said we are waiting for my boss as we are here for 4 hours and I need to leave at 3pm to pick up my son. We will not beable to finish the job.
After an hour of going back and forth on the phone with a Neil he said they was going to reschedule. Absolutely not , this needs to be done today or I want my money back immediately not in 3-5 business days waiting on the bank but right now. After being completely frustrated with the situation I called the police to get a report completed. Once the police arrived the ladies left and a report has been made and I have yet to get my money back. They still have a pending transaction holding $500 for services never rendered. What a complete fraud.

ALL I CAN SAY IS DO YOUR RESEARCH PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS GOD AWFUL COMPANY....

Unfortunately we had a very very bad experience with this company. They came to clean our refrigerator and damaged and shattered shelving and cracked compartments in our GE Monogram. The individual admitted fault and was apologetic reassured us that she has insurance and they will take care of all the damages she caused. However when we received the price for damaged and shattered parts from GE Monogram they refused to pay for the damages. Unfortunately very dishonest and negligent. the damages are over $1000. Be very careful they also release themselves from negligence when they have you sign things just be very careful. I would not recommend them for their negligence and dishonesty.

My team of cleaners arrives promptly. I get notifications, if anything needs to shift or change,. The text updates and checking in, is fabulous for seeing how things went or could improve the next time . I’ve been using this company for 2 years. I’m grateful for the help with a house of 9 people and I highly recommend this company to anyone and 4 of my friends are using CR maids now too! Do yourself a favor and give them a try!
