We have used Tran's Landscaping & Maintenance for our weekly lawn service for several years and because he's always done an 'above and beyond' job, decided to work with him on a much bigger job to redesign a portion of our front and side yard landscaping. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

Tran and his team regraded the ground to improve drainage, replaced all of the old rocks with fresh river rocks, and repaired two gutter downspouts that had been causing water seepage issues. In addition, they built a beautiful flower garden and planted some colorful shrubs in the rocks. They also fixed and extended the drip-line sprinkler to ensure our investment lasts.

The crew was professional, detail-oriented, and efficient from start to finish. They kept the area clean, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was done exactly as discussed. The finished product looks fantastic—fresh and well-designed.

If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality landscaping service, I highly recommend Trans Landscaping. They take real pride in their work, and it shows in every detail!

I would never recommend this landscaping company to anyone. They planted my tree without removing the plastic bags around the roots — a mistake so careless it killed my Colorado spruce within two months. My tree cost $ 2300. When I contacted them, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me and claimed it was because I “didn’t buy insurance.” Which is cost extra $1k . That is absurd. Insurance doesn’t cover negligence.

This company took my money, delivered poor and unprofessional work, and then refused to make it right. Their lack of accountability and integrity is unacceptable.

Landscaping is an investment, and customers deserve a company that knows what they’re doing and stands behind their work. This company does neither. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration — hire someone else.

I would highly recommend Tran and his team for any landscaping job. They are all very hard workers. They were efficient and did all the work in a timely manner. They installed a patio, retaining wall, and additional driveway and all were done exactly the way I wanted it. If you’re looking for any type of landscaping work from big to small Tran and his team are definitely the ones to call!

Jacob was incredibly helpful with all of the things we needed help with in our home. Very polite and was up for doing all of the little jobs we needed help with. He was exactly on time when he arrived and didn’t waste any time while he was in our home. He just went from one project to another with a smile on his face. Our handyman Sedhe K was great. What we thought was going to be a difficult job he showed us was easy. He just needed some special tape for our new dryer vent. He even installed our new washer and dryer at no extra expense! Great company.

Jerry T. did an awesome job with a few projects I needed to have done around my house. He did a superb job installing a set of shelves and gear rack that he securely mounted on to the walls in my garage. He installed a wall mounted headboard in my bedroom that looks fantastic. Hung up a bookshelf in another room too. And, I very much appreciate him making an adjustment to a door from the garage into the house that wouldn't stay closed on windy days. Issue fixed! It wasn't on the list to do, he just did it. Jerry also reattached some insulation in my attic. I'm very happy with everything he did. Not only did Jerry arrive on time, he's a super efficient worker, completed everything in the time that he was scheduled for. He's a pro at his job, and a really nice person. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. My experience with Ace Handyman Services and Jerry T. went very well. Thank you!

Unfortunately, Ace Handyman did not meet the expectations of Ace Hardware. I wanted to try Ace Handyman and based on my initial call with an Ace Handyman salesman who recommended a basic package. I told the salsesman and the handyman what I needed and it fell on deaf ears. The handyman who showed up this morning did not have a list of my requests and seemed more interesting in leaving as soon as possible once he got some work done. He cleaned the gutters, downspouts, extensions, did not provide a quote for fence work as I requested and when asked several times by myself that the gutter extension was cleaned. He also said that the damaged gutter downspouts and gutter extension did not replacement. See attached pictures.

When I went outside after work break to review his work. I was upset that the gutter extension was full of dirt.

After talking to 3 Ace Handyman management, they stated that someone would come out and address the issue next week.

I give the work a”1” due to the quality of work, incomplete work effort and a gutter maintenance worker not wanting to run water to make sure the gutters were actually. Yes, it was over 32 degrees

Lessons buyer beware, very unimpressed with how Ace handyman coordinates work with calls and we will see next week hi professional they are. The office manager was very helpful and supportive. She gets a 4.5. And did not see the value of overpaying for a basic package
