Mr. Johnathan Hines was the technician that performed the tune up on my furnace on 10/2/19. He was one of the most professional and polite technicians I've ever encountered. Upon completion of the tune up he explained all checks performed at length. He also sent me an email that showed all checks performed during the service. The technician arrived at our home on time and was extremely polite and well mannered. He diagnosed our electrical problem quickly and performed the necessary repair in a very timely manner. He also performed an electrical safety/energy inspection and passed along his recommendations. I really appreciated his candor, attitude and professionalism and would recommend the Wirenut.

Jeff was able to come service our furnace early, and he called to see if he could come early. Which worked great. He reviewed the work he did and he explained any questions I had. I will definitely use the WireNut again.
