I can’t say enough good things about Centennial Rapid Neighborhood Plumbing. After days of heavy rain in Centennial, our basement started flooding because water was coming in faster than we could handle. I called in a panic, and Connor was so understanding and reassuring on the phone. Even though they were already handling another urgent call, he promised to send someone as soon as possible—and he kept his word. When the crew arrived, they were professional, knew exactly what to do, and jumped right into action. They quickly stopped the water from coming in and explained everything clearly. I’m now able to focus on cleaning up, all thanks to their fast and expert plumbing work. It’s great to know there are plumbers in Centennial who really care about helping their neighbors.

Connor did excellent work and was very accommodating. I first called Centennial Rapid Neighborhood Plumbing to repair a leak in my main sewer line. While Connor was on site, he also took the time to check out a couple of other unexpected plumbing issues that came up. On the day of my appointment, he received an emergency call from another customer, but instead of delaying my service, he was proactive and rescheduled me for an earlier time. I really appreciated Connor making sure my plumbing issues were handled quickly, even with other urgent jobs on his schedule. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone needing a reliable plumber!

I've had these plumbers help me out a couple of times since moving into my new home. As someone who’s still learning about septic systems, I had no idea what to do when my tank got full and started to back up. Jason came out, pumped everything out, and got things flowing again. He also let me know there might be another clean out port that could be causing issues. Sure enough, after they left, I found the second port and discovered a big grease clog that was blocking it up. I cleared it out myself, thanks to their advice. Jason and the team were friendly, fast, and really knew their plumbing. I’m grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing septic or plumbing work, especially here in Colorado where keeping your system working right is extra important with our cold winters.
