I called with an oven overheat issue that I wanted looked at asap. This company was able to schedule me in quickly. Teylor was the technician specialist that came out to diagnose the oven overheat issue. He was very quickly able to identify the issue and priced out a reasonable estimate for repair services. Unfortunately our oven was severely damaged and the repair was going to be replacing the motherboard of the oven. Instead of repairing, we opted to purchase a new oven at similar cost to the repair. This company is very quick and professional.

Great service. Scott was able to accommodate my busy schedule, quickly identified the problem and took care of business. Even lent a hand cleaning up all the dog hair at the bottom of my dryer. And price was less than I expected.

Called Reliable Appliance Repair and left a voice message, then received a call back a few minutes later from Haley. She said they did not service compressors for refrigerators but did refer me to Ranals Resolutions who specializes in warranty work.
I am leaving this review because Haley could simply have said her company didn't cover that kind of work and left the conversation at that, but I really appreciate the time she took to help point me in the right direction to get my refrigerator fixed.
