Alex came over and fixed our washing machine. He worked hard and was kind. Glad he was the one who did the work.

No no no no no,,,, this company came to our home 3 different times to fix the dryer. This 4th time I called a different company and by the grace of God, I didn't and up with an electrical fire. He destroyed the wiring harness and shoved the wire back in the hole and it melted to the plastic. Look at the pic below,,,

Fast and efficient, found the problem, ordered the part, came back a few days later, installed and tested. Fixed! Reasonable

Our dryer went out in a Friday night right before expecting the grandkids for the weekend! Shikhov, was the only company that answered their phone on a Friday night and said they could get us in Saturday! They give you an actual time not a window, Alex showed up even early, had the parts with him and our dryer was fixed within an hour on Saturday morning! As a local Realtor®️, I will definitely be referring Shikhov to clients, family, and friends!

The heat went out in our dryer and Shikhov Group got me an appointment to diagnose it that day. Alex arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly and was back the next day with parts to repair it. He wasted no time and now my dryer is back to work!

Sketchy methods of payment & overcharging. Leaving 2 stars because the technician did solve my issue however they only want payment via Venmo, Check, or Cash App. Venmo flagged the person as a scam and he clicked on my phone behind my shoulder to pay anyway. Very odd and rude. This business is not honest.
$75 for diagnostic, then charged me $45 additional for 5 mins worth of work.

After coming to our home for a dryer problem 3x I called another repair company. This company destroyed the wiring harness to the new motor he said I needed, it melted to the plastic. He also destroyed the retaining bulk head, just sheared it completely off. By the Grace of God I didn’t have a fire!! Will be going to court. Can't deny the copy of the receipt.

Friendly, communicative. Unfortunately Aleks, discovered more and more things wrong with our washer that we ended up deciding to just buy a new washer. But great service. Definitely recommend!

Technician arrived early and was friendly. I needed an ice machine installed and confirmed they could do the work over the phone. Despite assurances he could do the work, the tech really wasn’t capable of hooking it up properly. He did not hook up the water or the drain. I had to get another service to do the work. Essentially I paid him to un-box the unit. Would be very hesitant to use them.

Alex was great. Fixed out Samsung dryer in about an hour. Same day appointment. Highly recommend.

I had poked around inside the dryer myself and thought that it had to be the thermal fuse. I replaced the thermostat and the thermistor, but needed Alex to find the thermal fuse, which was buried far deeper into the machine than I had confidence doing myself. Alex was all over that machine in minutes, fully disassembled and evaluated and then reassembled and working in a total time of fifteen minutes. This was masterful! He came on a Saturday with one hour notice, too! I hope to get another few years from this twenty-year-old dryer. If not, I'm happy to invite Alex back.

I am so glad we went with these guys. I removed the seal on our front loading washing machine and spent about 6 hours trying to put it back myself before throwing in the white towel and calling for help. They came within a few hours, were very professional, and got us back into working order. Highly recommend!!

Technician came out before the anticipated time which is always a plus! He was honest and did not oversell us when he told us the problem. He thoroughly explained the issue to us. We ended up getting a new stove and he even made honest recommendations for stoves.

Amazing job- we had our dishwasher break this week and I was able to get seen by Shikhov Repair instantly. Really great team and they went above and beyond. They were transparent about pricing and easy to work with. Please use them and support small business! My wife and will use them as our go-to repair team.

This company is a scam — avoid them at all costs.

Here’s my experience:
• On the phone, I was told they’d just send me a “quick text” to confirm my number and address. No mention whatsoever of a diagnostic fee.
• Because I trusted them, I didn’t scrutinize that long text — I did exactly what they asked: replied with my info. Hidden in that text was a $65 per-appliance diagnostic fee ($130 total), which I never knowingly agreed to.
• When they came out, they didn’t even explain what was wrong with my dishwasher or washing machine. Instead, they quoted me a repair price that was more than the cost of brand-new appliances. So what exactly was I paying a diagnostic fee for? Nothing was diagnosed.
• After I declined, they immediately began harassing me over text and threatening collections for $130 I never agreed to. I’ll be posting screenshots of those messages so people can see the intimidation tactics firsthand.

This is classic bait-and-switch and, in my opinion, predatory business practice. I’ve since checked other reviews and found I’m not the only one — many others report being scammed in the exact same way.

If you value your money, time, and sanity, stay far away from this company. They are unreliable, untrustworthy, and built on deception and threats.
