I'd give Trax a -1 star if that were an option in this review... Very unscrupulous and underhanded business practices

Unprofessional, they dont seem to find solutions to problems, nor take care of hard working employees. I'm not one but i know some. Like GFL they are not a company I'd use or recommend.

The city hired them to work on our street and it taking forever and we never see anyone and our neighbor who I think works for them has been using the cones just so no one parks in front of his house. Going on month 3 of them doing absolutely nothing laziest company I've ever seen.

Their employees harrass people, a young woman was followed into a convenient store by one of the employees who was berating her relentlessly, and verbally abusive. When someone stepped into protect the woman the employee and supervisor became belligerent to the couple who came to the woman's aide. This was North Carefree, at the Kim and go.

Came to our neighborhood to fix the sidewalk, broke our sprinkler system, and didn’t even tell us they broke it. No clue if they are even planning to fix this. When I asked the crew working on it if they hit our water line, they said “maybe” and then laughed... didn’t offer any solution or plan to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Trax Construction. They are kind and go above and beyond to make the job easier and smoother for everyone involved. You can tell they care, and that means so much right now. I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely amazing crew that came out and fixed the street asphalt where the city dug up to fix a water main. These guys were so nice and professional. They were fast at fixing the street and did an amazing job!

I live in the Pinecliff community. Trax repaved a section of our lot. I see that there is a negative review regarding the tree limbs that were removed. This was a necessary step to make room for the machinery which, if not done, would have resulted in damage to the trees and the machinery. Either way the limbs had to be removed. I found Dave, the foreman extremely professional. There was a cost overrun only because the underlayment needed to be replaced and no one could have foreseen when the quote was given. Dave quickly brought it to the board and handled it expeditiously in the most cost effective manner. I would recommend Dave and his crew to anyone without reservation.

They have been working curb and gutter on my street for 2 months. I live on a corner and they have had the front end done for a month. They continue to stage their equipment in front of my house. I own 5 cars and a trailer that are all registered in good running condition and insured. Now they want to move to the other edge of our house and not give me any parking in front so they can continue to stage their equipment in front of my house. Talked to supervisor who informed me I needed to move a vehicle and would make room for it. Nothing happened...and this phone number doest work!

Destroyed a friends driveway then when my friend complained, they put excess concretei. The front of the driveway blocking them from being able to use the driveway. Never use this piece if trash company.

I would like to thank Trax Construction and in particular Albert and Kevin for their sprinkler repair service. I discovered a major sprinkler problem that I could not fix at 5:00 PM last night. They were here at 8:00 AM today to complete the repair. They did the work in a very professional and efficient manner. This was critical to saving my new sod. Thank You.

Trax recently completed our new home landscaping and we are very happy with the results. Kevin, Albert, Coy and the team were easy to deal with on all fronts. We think our yard is the best looking in the neighborhood. We recommend Trax.

I was driving behind one of their dump trucks on i25 when a big rock shot out from the truck and cracked my brand new windshield I just had put in last week. I drive an 18,000 lb tow truck and so happened to be loaded so dodging it was not an option. You’d think being a local established company, with video proof, they’d do their best to fix this problem. Not to mention the dump truck shouldn’t have been on the roadway in the first place because it wasn’t displaying any sort of license plate, permanent or temporary, while in use.

I contacted the company and spoke to their safety guy and his exact words after sending proof my windshield was cracked while behind the dump truck was, “Talked to the owners and they won't replace it. They haven't done it before and don't want to start now”. Sorriest excuse I probably could’ve gotten from them.

Currently, Trax is putting new asphalt in my HOA community. The first day they cut good branches off the tree that is situated in front of my dining room window. That window is directly on the road where people walk by daily with their dogs and I have neighbors directly across that street. THEY CUT AWAY WHAT PRIVACY I HAD DURING THE DAY FROM THOSE NICE TREE BRANCHES!
When I confronted one of the workers, he said the branches were in the way of the trucks. Really?? I have lived in this very unit for 20 years and those branches stood the test of time of many moving trucks, garbage trucks and other vendors. Our landscapers and arborists never felt the need to cut those branches!

Trax Construction has no right to cut branches on private property, PERIOD. Of course this is a condo community so they don't care or, to ask first. THIS IS A DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY! I FORWARN YOU IF YOU CONSIDER TRAX CONSTRUCTION FOR ANY PROJECT!

After 2 weeks. Trax finally finished asphalt work but the branches still lay by my window. No cleanup.
And, no one from Trax bothered to reach out to me.

Trax construction did a outstanding job on the concrete and
landscaping. My house was a new build in Wolf Ranch. They are very professional, liked the work they did for the yard with trees, plants water feature, I would highly recommend them to do your landscaping. I think the price was a great price and could not wait til they completed it. It was done in 6 weeks. Would use them again . Crews were very friendly and worked very hard to make it look great. I will post to friends and family on facebook.

Kevin, Albert, and Coy were pleasures to work with over the past 2 years in completing a 2-phased project around our home. They were honest, responsive, and had great attention to detail in replacing landscaping timber walls and a crucial retaining wall with stone block, installing a new water feature, and creating a paver patio around our home. These men monitored and directed their work crews, showing great leadership to train and educate the young men who clearly had varied backgrounds and abilities. We felt very confident and comfortable with them supervising and assisting in the work. On the final walk through, they promptly attended to all requests to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend giving Kevin a call for your landscaping needs. His prices are fair and he’s willing to adjust estimates to accommodate any cost-saving needs.

Trax Construction landscaped our brand new home and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The crew was prompt, hardworking and dedicated to do quality work. If you’re looking to get landscaping done I highly suggest giving them a call. Getting tons of compliments from neighbors.

Many thanks to Jerrad and the Trax crews who repaved my driveway. The crew people were polite, friendly and professional. They even sent a landscaping crew out to ensure my sod was reset in place. I look forward to doing business with them again.

These guys are awesome! They were doing work on the sidewalks in the neighborhood and had to remove part of my fence. They were going to put it back until I informed them I was planning on taking it out anyway. I asked if instead of putting it back they could just take the rest of it out for me. The site superintendent got with the city, approved the request and was able to save everyone time and money. All from my ring doorbell camera! He went above and beyond to make a unique situation work. Very much appreciated.
